I recently got them to insure my new golf cart. I use them for homeowners and auto insurance as well as investments. A few months ago one of their agents called with suggestions for ways to save more money on my auto insurance which I really appreciated. Their attention to detail is a rarity.

I am disappointed in this office after a great first time experience. I had a full 12 month renters…read morecoverage that went without a hitch; no issues or complaints. So I was confident in purchasing another renters policy with Didi's office and State Farm. But apparently due to a work force shortage and error they had made. It was necessary to cancel my policy because it was written/filed incorrectly. Which I wasn't notified about but instead received two vague refund checks in the mail. And then afterwards I received a short letter dated after the checks that stated they had terminated my policy. During this whole time I had called national State Farm to figure out what happened and they couldn't tell me and after calling Didi's office they couldn't tell me either not until after some investigation. They only provided me a chance to purchase a new policy after I had communicated I wanted to file an official complaint with Didi and would follow through an official complaint report to the Florida Division of Consumer Services. Not until then did Didi herself start communicating with me before the complaint it was mostly phone tag with her office and a staffer named Vanessa. I admit, I appreciate the apologies I received and their willingness to communicate with me. This was not enough to trust them to protect me as a policyholder again after this.
