Another negative review for Allstate. I transferred my agent office to Petter Barios because of my unfortunate experience with an agent at Luz Wilcox. Come to find that this place is just as bad at treating customers as the last office! I called to get information about my policy and make some changes. I was told numerous of times that no one other than Peter Barrios could look at my policy and make changes. I called many times and left many messages! Never did I get a call from "PETTER BARIOS"! As a paying customer I cant understand how this office can be handled this way. Meeting customers needs should be there priority! My family and I have been loyal customers for over 40 years Allstate has always been a great company until Ted, Todd hagey sold it to Pete barrios, every time I would call with questions no one was ever available to answer them so i would ask to talk to Pete barrios there reply to me was Pete barrios does not deal with clients! I've had a policy with Allstate for over 60 years including my late father. Sadly our insurance guy retired. I got stuck with Barrios and the people working for him are unprofessional and lousy. My son was looking to get his own policy and they tried to jack up the rates on him for being a "young" driver. He is a 31 year old man with a 15 year driving record. Stay away from these crooks. Although the insurance is great, the staff here at Peter Barrios Allstate are the MOST RUDEST people I've ever come across. Every time I call the receptionist always has an attitude and never show any concern for my situation. The agents here need some training on hospitality and customer service. Celia Castaneda has been my Allstate agent for many years. She is a very dedicated agent who has worked with me both in my home owners and auto policies. She assisted with claims in both areas, advised me with my kids when they started to drive, and continues to be there for me and my family. This Rialto location does have very rude & unprofessional people working there. I spoke with a woman who stated she was the manager today, she informed me that she did not have time to look at my policy that I purchased from their office & would call me later when she was available. The woman called at 5pm left a message telling me she was going home & did not answer my concerns. What ever you do, stay away from this all state office to take care of your insurance needs. If you are looking for home owners insurance Allstate will direct you to Pacific Specialty insurance because they do not write home owner policies in Rialto nor offer water damage or mold protection. read more

I've always been satisfied with your service. But on Christmas my husband ran over furniture on the 10 frwy on our way home. He's a class A driver and avoided swerving and possibly causing a major accident. Major damage was done on our 2001 expidition. Brake line was yanked out and lower control arm and ball joints were damaged as well. I have full coverage and both adjusters Ceasar and Ron said " ball joints and control arms were just ware and tare and will not cover the repair and basically my car is old." Ron even told the mechanic Nate "that he will do right by the customer and cover the repair for lower control arm and ball joint and he would call him back to give the ok after he spoke to us" and now he denies saying that. The licenced mechanic confirmed that the damage was caused by the impact and running over the furniture. I've looked into both adjusters past jobs and they are not licenced mechanics. Spoke to a claims supervisor Allan Chang and he said he believes his adjuster and wouldn't even do a thorough investigation and speak to the licenced mechanic. Spoke to Cecilia at your office and was absolutely no help. She only called the claims department to reiterate to me what I had already heard and agreed with them. I've had this insurance for over 8 years as well as renters insurance. No one ever told us that even if you have full coverage and if something happens to your car we will only pick and choose what we fix because " YOUR CAR IS OLD". The mechanic has even said if they don't fix this damage your car will be unsafe to drive. 4years ago my Dr. Claimed me disabled because of my spine tumor and major back issues. We sold our other car to Pay off medical bills and this is our only car now and we won't be able to drive it because it's unsafe. We don't want or expect hand outs, we just want the damage from this incident to be fixed please. That is why we pay for car insurance. We feel unsafe and cheated. read more

I've been a Allstate client for almost 30 years. Was a client with this office when it was owned by the late Ted Haggey and then his son Todd. They were truly a class act. If you had a concern, you could call up and speak directly to them, if you wished. Then sadly, the office was sold to Barrios. Instant decline in service and suddenly my rates gradually increased. You wanna talk to someone? They'll call you back (maybe). The final straw for me is when I got a notice that my homeowners insurance would be canceled because of a 2ft area of peeling paint on the side of my house. It was then I realized I owe no loyalty to this company. They've been looking for an excuse to cancel me for years. So, started calling around and guess what? EVERY INSURANCE COMPANY I CALLED, BEAT ALLSTATE'S RATES AND SERVICES. These clowns have been ripping me for years.... So I took my House and four cars and fled the scene WITH money in my pocket. All that's left is a couple of motorcycles. Oh yeah, got a call about the homeowners policy. When I told her I was moving on, all she could say was "oh". 30 years with Allstate and all ya get is "oh". It's a company, I get that. But maybe, just maybe you should show a little Loyalty to the clients that have been loyal to you. read more

Went to vegas for the weekend and on my way home I was speeding , Yes I got pulled over and got a speeding ticket! Learned my lesson , my insurance went up about $120 dollars !!! State Farm was extremely expensive, especially for a full-time student , I called Brandon DeArmas and right away he gave me a quote which was about $150 DOLLARS CHEAPER! I was saving an extra $30 bucks. He was so professional , understanding and very patient with me . I told him I didn't have the money to start right away and he was very understanding and I told him that following weekend I would have money, he called me that following weekend and I got FULL COVERAGE including my STUDENT DISCOUNT also switched over my family and now they are saving with me. I'm so happy ! I do recommend you call him and get a quote , and I will continue to share my story with my friends and family.
