What I didn't count on was the care and professionalism I would get from my agents Office. My daughter recently had her vehicle broken into while at school and didn't know what to do. A teacher told her to call her insurance company as I couldn't be reached. She called Vonnie's Office and they called for a glass company to go to the school and repair her window while she was in class. Then followed up with her to make sure she was okay and to have her call the police to file a report. I was so very grateful that they helped her when I was not reachable. That's service!!

No call so I could pay/Received Cancellation Notice after remembered to call his office to check if payment done and, if not, to make payment. Realize no one can work 24 hours but resent having to deal with India in event of a Claim or emergency. You should be able to call your Agent in an emergency when you need him.
