However he gladly accepted the money being taken from my account, when he added an extra vehicle in the middle of my 6-month block. At State Farm central, not every claim manager is well trained. ' Claims workers may do bad things. I scheduled an appointment with Mr Soaers with contractor invoices from the claim and explained the situation in human terms. After central nonsence of a year and a half, Mr Soares resolved it in three days and called me back to notify. I did not request a callback, wow! Thanks Gustavo Soares office and staff! Develop an in-person relationship with your insurer. If you are in the Gustavo Soares neighborhood, stop in to discuss insurance needs.
