My husband has had a wreck a year and they always took care of things efficiently. Customer service was pleasant and did their job. We were hit by another car, full speed at an intersection last year and after that our rates did go up off the charts. I wasn't shocked, but I can get better rates even with the former accidents and so we are moving on. I suggested it to a family member and she hasn't had any accidents so far, so the price is right (even for a young driver).

This whole company seems like a scam or like there is no leadership within the company. Their "customer service" reps need training in customer service and do not help the customer. I've never been more dissatisfied in a company before. Absolutely unacceptable Elephant. Do better for your customers.
