When I clicked on the link to learn why they rejected it, the page didn't load, so I don't know. I'm stuck with a flight I'm not going on, out of $250. Their online system is shoddy and often doesn't work. They didn't communicate with me that they rejected my claim. Terrible waste of money, and shameful that Delta partners with them. It's corporate greed and legalese at its worst. What's the point of travel insurance when they reject your claim anyways?
