I was in a bind and needed to order that week. Nicolas and Kia jumped in right away and really went the extra mile. Not only did they track down a few extra boxes of the discontinued tiles, they simultaneously helped us as we navigated picking out a second design as a backup. We ended up loving the backup option. The ordering and delivery process were very easy, and everything arrived in excellent condition. Nicolas provided amazing customer service, was very prompt with emails, was always happy to answer questions, and is very kind. I'm LOVING my new bathrooms and kitchen backsplash. I was not disappointed by the quality product that Kenny delivered. He designed the kitchen, built the cabinets and delivered them in a very short amount of time. And not only are the cabinets beautiful, but he included several extras in the price. I got my package with quartz countertops, the cabinets pulls and a kitchen sink! All for the most reasonable price I've ever seen on cabinets. People are shocked when I tell them the price and they see the quality. I know there are some negative reviews on here for Kenny, but the one thing I'll say about that is: make sure you are working with a competent contractor that will stay on top of any changes/measurements and alternations that you need in your layout. It's a two way street and you have to hold up your end of the planning. Will use them again, and will recommend them to anybody looking!

He said that it's normal to have these cracks and the wood expands and contracts, creating cracks. They have a repair kit that they can order, but that's about it. I should not have to order a repair kit for new cabinets. Some of the doors don't match up and I have to re-install the hinges to make them right, because the adjustments still aren't enough. They come out of a factory like this, how can they let that slide? I contacted the manufacturer and they ended up replacing 2 doors, but they really should replace all of the damaged doors. Andy and 21st Century cabinets do NOT stand by their product at all and now we've spent thousands of dollars and are stuck with cracked cabinets.

The guys were super courteous and when I asked about those contactless key fobs, they mentioned plans to be able to make copies of those in due time. Robert was referred to us, and he was extremely professional, courteous and responsive by text and phone. We booked a time and day, and he showed up as scheduled with insurance in hand. We vacated our apartment and Robert and David moved our furniture and finished the job in four hours! They used a fast-drying low VOC poly that dried in an hour and it looks great.
