These guys were awesome! I've moved several times all over the country and these guys were the best and my favorite! Very, very polite and very careful movers. We moved from Arlington, VA to Atlanta, GA to a brand new 4 bedroom single family house and they padded all carpets, the wood floors and even the banisters! They arrived even 10 minutes before the scheduled time and they were awesome packers. If your shopping for affordable and good movers I would choose these guys they were pretty flexible on the dates too since our closing was very stressful. Highly recommended! read more

My moving team arrived promptly and 8a and started hauling stuff out, taking special care to wrap the items and take the beds apart. By 12p everything had been moved into my new place 7 miles down the road, reassembled and placed where I asked them to. I was amazed at their strength to be honest lol - but aside from that my moving team was great and so was working with the office (I wanna say Jose and Guillermo were my movers and Steve was in the office coordinating and answering all my questions). A big plus, I was able to add the tip to my final bill. One of the best things about this company aside from the people is the rate was very very affordable compared to other companies. 2 gentleman show up introduced themselves one by the name of Dante and the other by the name of James. They took a quick look around and proceeded to move my bedroom, living room and dining room furniture. I noticed that they carefully wrapped each piece, loaded the pieces on their truck and drove to my new location. Dante and James put everything in it's proper place.... Sofa in the living room, dining room in the dining area etc... once finished we thanked them, they got paid, and they moved along. They were quick yet courteous. I had to move during the peak of the COVID shutdown and they were still ready and able to move me. They were competitively priced and even showed up earlier than expected. They disassembled and reassembled my furniture, and the one downside was I did see some knicks and dents in bigger pieces from the handling and truck. Not worth complaining about but I suggest wrapping your stuff yourself too before they move it. It happens, but definitely should have done this first. read more

The Allstate guys moved a baby grand piano into our townhouse, which was no small task. They were courteous and worked well together solving problems of getting it up the stairs. They also reassembled the pieces that had to be taken off to move it. We definitely recommend Allstate! read more

I contacted Allstate Movers to move a 120 gallon hot water heater from my basement. Alex and Hocine arrived at my house and tried to move the heater but it was way too heavy. They tried two different dollies but they couldn't get it up the stairs. I was close to giving up and leaving it in the basement but Alex wouldn't give up. He and Hocine laid the heater down and discovered that it was half full of water. Once it drained out they were able to move it out of the basement and on to the truck. Alex and Hocine did an amazing job moving the heater and even cleaned up the water in the basement. I would hIghly recommend Allstate Movers and especially Alex and Hocine. read more

I had called a couple movers that had ads saying they moved safes. They each stalled and assured me they would call back, but they never did. After more research I found Allstate. The guys came and initially I was certain we would not be able to get the safe out of the cubby hole it was stuck in. But the supervisor assured me he was going to get it out. And he did. The move went great! The fellows all work together like a machine putting blankets down anywhere and everywhere there was any chance of marring anything, including the safe. I can't thank them enough. Very professional, very pleasant to deal with and above all very reassuring that all will go well. So we just moved on Friday 2/11/22 and used this company's services. We just realized today that they have broken the latches on the back of 2 out of our 3 recliners. Obviously these guys knew they broke it because we asked them to fix it and they ended up swapping one of the backs from the good couch and told us they weren't wobbly anymore. I called the company only to hear that his employees weren't at fault and that we had probably jumped on the couch that broke it. What? Mind you, this is a new couch we bought less than a year ago and we told them to be careful with it. All State Movers - if you are reading this, I hope you tell the guys who moved us to enjoy the $400 tip we gave them and for treating them well. The least I was expecting was them to be honest with us and tell us when they broke it. I am less mad at you guys for breaking our stuff and more at not being honest in the moment with us. Over the years, I've owned several large fireproof safes weighing anywhere between 750 to 1100 pounds. I know how extremely difficult and dangerous it is to move these types of safes. When I recently purchased a fireproof document safe that required it be moved from Silver Spring, MD to Northern VA, I contacted several reputable moving companies that supposedly specialized in these types of moves. Most never bothered to return my call, or even follow-up on my inquiry for a cost estimate or for scheduling. Allstate Movers was the only company that provided me an estimate on my initial call, and also quickly followed up with the scheduling of delivery of the fireproof document safe. Above all that, their rates were also very reasonable. Also, despite the misinformation on the specifications of the fireproof document safe, the lead foreman and his crew were able to make it work; The model safe they were moving actually weighed 200+ more pounds than I initially thought. Despite this, they took extraordinary care with the move, and in putting everything back to together. In addition, their lead foreman was able to fix what was a reported problem with a couple of cabinets of the fireproof document safe. It now operates much better than I was anticipating - I could not be more pleased with the professionalism, quality of work, and the work ethic of the entire crew with Allstate Movers. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Allstate Movers; they are now my go-to resource. read more

However, the multiple containers of Damp-rid we have in each of our units continue to be FILLED with water from the extreme humidity inside the "climate controlled" storage units. We were inside the building for less than 10 minutes last evening sweating profusely from the miserable temperatures, while adding replacement damp rid products to our units! This is totally unacceptable and a repetitive issue with this location. This happened last year, and was reported to management without a resolution. We are adding Damp-rid every 15 to 30 days while paying... $5,400 a year for "three" climate controlled units at this location! Where is the climate control? We have also reached out to Customer Service and are revisiting our choice of companies to use for our storage needs. Why is this a recurring problem at this location? We have not been notified that there is a mechanical issue that occurs each year. We have not been financially compensated for the lack of temperature regulation for which we are paying. CubeSmart why are you not providing what customers are purchasing?

They didn't take a break and only stood around minimally after preparing a big item, waiting for their partner to help lift. Truck packing was super. We provided our own 16ft truck and the filled out safely to the roof, protecting the delicate things and maximizing space within. Above and beyond....They didn't start the clock until they looked at all the things they needed to pack. They even packed the truck with things that we were still putting into boxes as they worked. Pablo did the truck packing. John did a lot of the desk and furniture disassembly. Aside from showing up a little later than I anticipated, they are the hardest working fellas I've dealt with in all of Virginia. A+

I highly recommend Allstate Movers to anyone need professional movers, they sent me one of their management team for in home free estimate, he gave me price in details (numbers of movers needed, size of trucks, materials needed, and how many hours it will take my entire move) with not to exceed price. It was a single family house fully furnished, packing, wrapping furniture, protecting both properties floors and walls, moving out and in. The move takes 2 days, first day packing with all materials needed and 4 packers, and second day moving using 2- 26' trucks fully equipped and 8 movers. Honestly, I can't complain at all, those guys really amazing, very friendly, hard worker, very strong (Moving my 1600 lbs gun safe, & very expensive baby grand piano) simply they are fantastic. Also, they send me their professional pool table specialist to level and reassemble my pool table. At the end I paid what I was quoted, and after we unpacked all boxes no damages or any missing item, and they send me driver with truck for free to pick up the debris and all boxes unpacked. Thank you Allstate Movers (Best Movers)!!!! We had a very last minute move not far from the Christmas Holiday. I thought for sure I would not be able to find a moving company to handle our needs and request; and on such a short notice. Needless to say I was very pleased when I contacted Allstate Movers (Best Movers) and found out they could take our request. Ali responded to my email within hours. Other companies I contacted took 2 days to get back to me. Ali was very kind and come out to give us an estimate. He answered every question I had. He was on time for both the estimate and on the move date. The pricing was excellent and well worth every penny. The movers were friendly and worked every minute they were there. I used AllState Movers twice in the last 5 months. The first time was when I sold my house and moved to a temporary apartment while our new house was built and the second time was to move from the apartment to the new house. They came highly recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint. Moving is hard and I appreciated the fact that they took all of the stress out of the moving process. They were punctual, extremely professional and very very careful with my belongings. Their estimate was dead on and there were no hidden fees and no surprises. To top all of that their price was extremely reasonable. After the second move, I texted the moving company manager and expressed my gratitude for the exceptional service they provided me. They moved my 1000+ pound safe out of my basement and up a narrow exterior stairwell. A job no other safe mover or moving company would even bid on because a mechanical stair climber would not fit on the steps. Another moving company even told me that the safe was never going to come out of the basement. Four guys showed up on time and worked together very deliberately as a team. They did the job without scratching or breaking anything. Prior to negotiating the move and the price, I sent numerous pictures detailing every aspect of the route of the safe move from out of the basement. Further, I sent several measurements of doorways and the safe. They told me prior to the move, it may be more than the agreed upon price if the crew runs in to a problem. However, in the end, the safe was moved within an hour at the agreed upon price. read more

We used these guys to move from our house to a new 3 story townhouse. Zee and his 3 guys showed up and wrapped all furniture and loaded. They were very friendly. They took every measure to make sure our furniture was protected. We did not think we were going to be able to use some of our furniture thinking it would not fit up the stairways. Zee hoisted the furniture up to the 2nd level from the outside and got it all in. Amazing is all I can say. These guys were wonderful. We will be using them again in approximately 2 years to pack us up and move us from Virginia to our retirement home in Florida, we will be requesting Zee to do it. read more

This is the 2nd time I have used this company in less than a year and have been extremely satisfied both times (Originally found under Best Movers). The first time I moved from a 3rd/4th floor condo to a 1st floor apartment, and this time from the 1st floor apartment to a 4th floor apartment. Movers are very efficient and take the time to wrap your furniture to prevent damage. They work with your schedule and have excellent rates. I would definitely use them again. read more
