I needed a new battery replaced for my iPhone 6. So, I called them yesterday and the girl who answered confirmed that they have a battery for me in stock, and to bring the phone in to have it replaced. So, this morning (One day later!) I take in the phone and the guy tells me that they don't have a battery in stock for me!! I asked them if they sold one yesterday, and they said no they didn't sell any to anyone else for an iPhone 6. I had sooo many pop ups I could even get to some webpages. I called Michael and even thought he store wasn't open yet he said to bring it on by. The technicians of Alltech took a look and found incredible amounts of spyware lurking on my computer. David called me and told me the problem and gave me a VERY reasonable price to get it healthy. For my personal computers and for my business computers I've been using Alltech Computers now for almost 5 years. Not only are they dependable and honest but their work is fantastic. Our business has seven computer stations Michael always has them up and running flawlessly. Once they found out problem, they then told me I was responsible for searching out part for repair. Once I found part it was nearly two times amount I was told it would be by Alltech after they did their "free" estimate, Then I was to have it shipped to them, I have never heard of this! I wish I had read the other reviews here first. I needed to replace the power jack on my laptop motherboard so I took it to them to solder the new jack on the board. After 2 weeks the jack simply popped off the board due to a poor soldering job. "We only guarantee our work for 10 days, so we'll have to charge you again." No compromise whatsoever. Avoid these guys at all costs, they have no confidence in their own work... 10 day guarantee? I've had leftovers that last longer than that. read more

I brought two different computers here on two different occasions. The first time the computer hard drive was constantly busy, slowing everything way down. I assumed a virus of some kind. They did several different types of scans and couldn't find anything significant. Then they did hardware tests and discovered the hard drive was wonky. They installed a new drive and transferred all data. Presto! Working computer again. I was on the phone with them many times over the course of about a week as they worked to find the issue. They were very responsive and consciencious about fixing this, and the final price was more than reasonable considering all the troubleshooting that it required. Very pleased with the experience. The second computer (my wife's) was having trouble opening websites. They scanned and did a general cleaning, updated Windows and now everything works like new again. In and out in a couple days. These guys were super---My Computer was constantly getting blue screens and they were shining quickly and shutting down my system. Sometimes it would reboot for a short time and sometimes not. It took some time to locate the problem because of the complexity of the issue and the small amount of detail provided by the computer logs and screens. What was amazing is the persistence of the AllTech Staff. They charged me an initial fair price for evaluation of the issue and search and removal of possible virus's etc. that could be causing it. They spent countless hours trying to fix the issue after it kept reappearing in different forms and displays. All of this work was done under the original warranty without any extra charges. They finally concluded that my hard drive had failed. I paid for a new hard drive which was then installed and tested without any additional labor charges. How many businesses have this type and amount of integrity and/or guarantee their work to this extent? I tell you how many---Very few! Use these guys---They are Good, they are honorable, and they are very persistent!! read more

This is the worst computer repair company I've dealt with in over 20 years. We needed two printers hooked up with a new ssid and password. After 2 hours he charged me $200 which was considerably higher that what was quoted and told me he'd email a receipt. I will cancel payment on my check tomorrow just to give him time to let me know why he thinks his time is so golden. My hard drive crashed and I had all but a few files backed up. David was able to clone my hard drive and save the files I thought were toast. He is incredibly knowledgeable. I had so many questions and he answered all of them. They were able to order me a new drive, set it up with the cloned files, and upload the newest windows version all within 3 business days. After bringing it home, I attempted to reinstall software I use for my business, but had difficulties with it. I called Alltech & they said to bring it back in. Robert and David spent HOURS with me trying to download the software and make sure it was working properly. David, not being too familiar with the software, kept researching to learn more about the software, and he was eventually able to get it all figured out. The Mac that these guys installed the hard drive on crashed again. Imagine it was a bad hard drive. Had it sent to square trade for repair. (They felt bad for me, and although my warranty expired with them they fixed the errors made my AllTech). They noticed that two of the screws were not tightened down and the hard drive was wobbling around in its spot. Not to mention that the hard drive they installed crashed within 6 months.
