We were recently invited to an event which was being held at Allure which was a really nice event. My gripe is with the $17.00 valet charge that they don't tell you about. When we arrived, there was a gentleman at the entrance asking us which event we were attending, we told him and he said drive straight ahead, never telling us that it was valet or that it cost $17.00. We go about 20 yards till we see a worker that tells us to stop because there was a line and get out where we were. We gave the guy our keys reluctantly and he gave us a ticket. Again he never said anything about a charge of any kind. We assumed we would give them a tip when picking up our car. So 3 1/2 hours later we come out to leave and the guy goes $17.00 please. We were shocked. He points to the cart which not had a small sign on the bottom of the cart which says $17.00. Keep in mind that sign was definitely not there when we pulled into the lot when arriving. We said as a courtesy you guys should at least tell people when they pull into the lot that it costs $17.00 then people can make the choice as to whether they want to pay the $17.00 or not. And to make us even more upset two of the workers were giggling at us and one of them had the nerve to tell us that they are not supposed to tell us that it costs money when we arrived. It's obviously a racket that they have going on there. And seriously they had no signs posted that said $17.00 when we arrived. Any signs that were posted were posted while we were inside. This banquet was absolutely beautiful. At first due to the covid and the pandemic, we thought that the event wasn't going to be as good as we wished it to be. However, it was the complete opposite. We had our wedding reception here on November 11th 2017 and I have 0 complaints and only praise. The staff was helpful, polite, attentive as well as completely professional. We were given an amazing food tasting which gave us a great idea of what we had to pick from. (Everyone raved about the food) This is not the standard kebob etc. that most halls have this is 5 star restaurant quality. We had an amazing experience with David who took all of our questions, concerns and requests into account for our special day. At one point I accidentally overpaid and David politely returned the balance to me the next time we saw each other.....pure class. David was flexible when we had a few last minute snags and was nothing but helpful and supportive. He had everything running like a well oiled machine the night of our ceremony (Not like most places that take your money and hide upstairs). I recommend Allure to anyone looking to have a small/big or any sized party as they are truly accommodating. In the future I will not consider any other halls for our events. We went to a wedding at another hall 2 weeks after our honeymoon was over and it truly showed me how much better we had it on our day. David you made a customer and a friend for life. Allure banquet was phenomenal . Our church event coordinator for our wedding said it was the most organized and professional caterer they had ever encountered. Our reception was outdoors and on one of the hottest days of the year I might add. David at Allure did a great job of explaining all of their packages they offer. I have been there 2 times as a guest Once for a Spanish sweet 15 and then again last night for an Armenian event. Both times huge fights broke out and last night the security let the fight go from inside then to the parking lot and then eventual to the street without doing a thing other then observe. Some guy was transported by the ambulance and police lined the street. Don't get me wrong the place is beautiful but you can't have observe and report Security guards at a hall, they need to be smart enough to stop the fight before it starts and experienced enough to stop it if it starts. If this place dosent change security companys I won't go there and will definitely never recommend it. If it's not safe it's not worth it. read more

I had the wedding of my dreams on August 4, 2017. Allure Banquet Hall was the perfect complement to my dream. The customer service performed by David, Greg and Vardges is PHENOMENAL. In meetings leading up to the wedding they advised they would be by our side the entire night. And they sure were, they were constantly offering their help and helping resolve any last minute situations that arose. Thank you Greg for your attentiveness that night! The waiters were amazing as well, catering to our every need and the guests as well. The Crystal Ballroom was the perfect size for our 180 guest wedding. From the luxurious lighting to the fantastic atmosphere. All of our guests loved dinner and although they couldn't eat another bite, they kept on eating! We added the "open bar" service and the flow of drinks kept the fun atmosphere going. I can't wait to see my first dance pictures featuring the fog, that was honestly one of the features that sold me onto Allure. The technology to the venue is amazing! The engineer helped us pick the perfect backdrop lighting for dinner. The digital seating charts featured our engagement photos and I didn't have to worry about a DIY chart. We had our wedding at Allure, and couldn't be happier with our decision!! Everything turned out so beautiful. David was helping us and the amount of integrity he displayed through his communications with us, in his actions, and when it came time to pay the bill truly astounded us. He did an outstanding job. I could write a thesis about the experience but I'll summarize it (lol I actually wrote a lot) with a few key points below. 1. Transparency: We shopped around for a few different banquet halls before we found Allure. Almost every single one of them were rigid with their exorbitant prices, and when all was said and done, they managed to label more fees on top. David was straight with us up front. 2. Convenience: From the sit-down meeting, the final payment process, last minute preparations and accommodations, and everything in between, Allure lives up to our high expectations. Your wedding day with the person you love and to whom you are committed only happens once. At the end of the day, it comes down to the two of you; the rest of the details do not make or break your marriage. That being said, it is a ceremony that kick starts your lifetime together and Allure made it the greatest night of our lives. My husband still won't stop talking about it. The two of us initially didn't want a wedding reception at all (we were just an impulsive road trip away from a Vegas wedding) but we are sooo glad we went this route! 3. Connections: Allure was open to coordinating with different vendors. They also recommended us to some vendors they frequently work with, who did offer us some discounts. Every penny adds up, especially when you have a 200+ guest count. 4. Organization: All I did was tell David what we wanted or had set up for that day, and he took care of it. If there were issues that happened on the day of, we had 0 awareness of it. 0 awareness == 0 stress. Everything worked perfectly by the time we got there anywhere. 5. Customer service: All of our guests enjoyed the wedding. The food was great, the waiters were very attentive. The bathrooms were CLEAN. The prices were reasonable. David threw in a couple small surprises for us too. It was just an unforgettable night, and that's all I can say about it. Also, I emailed David the wrong seating chart and then didn't realize until about an hour or two before the event... he took care of it instantly. He responds back really quick and only reaches out if he absolutely needs to. We had the food tasting with our parents- excellent. And everything was up to the same formal standards. 6. Price: He worked with our budget and that's way more than I can say for every single other banquet hall we spoke with. 7: Elegance: The place is beautiful, modern, spacious, and more. Came out beautifully in photo and video. The wedding was months ago and I still remember the feeling like it was yesterday. The sparklers were just something else! So worth it. I don't normally write such thorough reviews, but I'm just so pleased with every last detail of our wedding day that I just had to come here and tell everyone. If you're planning any event, be it a wedding or a birthday, baby shower or bar mitzvah, this is the first and only banquet hall you should consider. Don't waste your time with the rest of them. And don't settle for anything other than what you envision and what you budget for. David will make it happen. My husband and I highly recommend Allure Banquet Hall. We live in Northern California and recently had our wedding reception at Allure. We looked into many banquet halls that would cater to our large guest count (370), traditional food, and unique requests. Since we were planning from afar, it was hard to find a business that was willing to work with us and up to our standards. David at Allure was incredibly cordial. He gave us a FaceTime tour of the hall, replied to emails within minutes, and provided us with excellent service from the day of our inquiry until even after the wedding. For my husband who is a businessman, it was important to work with a business that had excellent business practices and he was thrilled with Allure. Some details: The food at Allure is unlike any banquet hall we have been to. Aside from traditional Armenian, Russian, and Middle Eastern items that our guests would be used to, they also had American items and the best brisket we have ever had (our guests are still talking about it). During our tasting, Raffi, one of the waiters, answered our questions and even told us from his first hand experience which dishes were most popular with which group of guests, helping us better understand the menu options. Additional items to consider: Video/Photobooth: You can rent a video/photobooth directly from Allure and they will set it up and monitor it. It's much easier than bringing in another vendor and our guests found it to be a hoot. We used the videobooth capabilities for guests to leave recorded toasts for us. Bridal Lounge: This is offered to all and the service is impeccable. Cocktail Hour: I would highly recommend having a cocktail hour before doors open. The tray-passed appetizers are amazing and Allure does a very professional job with the setup. Our guests loved it and it gave them a nice space to chat and catch up. Totally worth every penny. Dessert Table: Our parents surprised us with a dessert table. The traditional Armenian desserts were a hit with our guests. Those who wanted a break from the dance floor got to relax with a cup of coffee and a space to catch up with old friends. Awesome AV package: During our first dance, father-daughter dance, and mother-son dance, Allure staff coordinated the use of their state-of-the-art AV setup to show a slideshow of photos as we danced. Highly recommended if you want to keep guests entertained while you have a special moment on the dance floor. All in all, we had a wonderful experience working with Allure, David, and his amazing staff. When you have a large operation catering to nearly 400 guests, not everything can be perfect, but the staff at Allure are quick to respond if and when something goes awry. Allure Banquet is an amazing venue. They provide everything you need in a one stop shop. They provided tables, chairs, linen, cake, fog machine, catering, and amazing food. They also provide bartender and open bar for extra charge. This is the place to have your event. We had our wedding here in the Crystal Ball room and it was beautiful. David and Steve were the ones who helped us on this special day and they were the ones that ran the show flawlessly. The staff at allure are amazing as well as they help you with everything you need. They provided us with a sweetheart table as well and it was big enough to have our own family style "buffet looking" meal to ourselves. Every time we visited the venue to plan the event we were provided with excellent service and prompt service as well as fresh cold water bottles. We also were provided a photo booth and a week later we were able to pick up every photo taken at the photo booth that night on a USB drive. We were able to take our personal photos and use them as a slide show during the reception as well. The venue has very well placed lighting that enables the party to get started. We were invited for Joy foundation to Allure banquet hall. When we arrived there was a guy standing in front of the building and guided us to valet parking at the back. First impression was like WOW are we at right place? the outside decor with led lighting signs is enough to pull you in and find out what else they are hiding behind the walls. At least 400 guests were invited to this event plus some celebrities walking down on the red carpet and taking photos, videos with interviews. We had to check in first and I also checked in with yelp of course lol. When we walked in, there was another wow factor. I mean the entry and the chandeliers and led lighting everywhere and wall designs is just amazing. The food was a self serve like buffet style and all you can drink free alcohol with full bar.. The service was outstanding with waiters passing around enough finger foods constantly that we didn't even stood in line to get food. This place has 2 halls separated from each other with a sound proof wall that you can't even hear the music next door. The smaller hall seats about 200 guests and the big hall with 400. Both halls was for this event. They also had 2 live bands plus a DJ. Allure is not a restaurant but strictly banquet hall for your next wedding or for an awesome party with lots of good American and Armenian food. read more

David was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the whole process, promptly answering any questions and accommodating all of our requests. The food was all incredible, all of our guests had a fantastic time. There were many options for us to take advantage of that made things simpler because we were coordinating everything through Allure rather than needing to coordinate 20 different vendors. The service you get from here is great. David and Sarkis accommodated all of mine and my new husbands needs. Business with them was excellent from start to finish. You'll enjoy working with them. Allure Banquet was our first and only hall to visit when we first started looking for a place to hold our wedding reception. We were a little skeptical about even checking it out because of the area it was in. As soon as we walked into Allure Banquet, we knew this was where we wanted to have our wedding reception. It's a diamond in the rough! The foyer has the most beautiful chandelier, amazing bathrooms, great bridal room, and there's also tv's that guests are able to search for their names and tables. The foyer is also big enough to have a photo booth, which is what we had. The Star Ballroom is perfect. I didn't even have to decorate anything! I just added small table centerpieces and that's it. Oh, & the food!! All of my guests loved the food. The chef is really talented. They have so many options to choose from. David also got some extra pizza for my husband because we told him that he loved pizza haha We also met the owner of Allure towards the end of our reception and he was so nice.
