It was a huge space with soooo many dresses to choose from. I also loved how pretty and clean everything was. There was definitely attention given to the details -- the mirrors were decorated so they looked cute in mirror pics, there were props/signs to use for pictures, there was lotion and perfume in the bathroom, etc. They even give you refreshments (water, sparkling water, and some snacks) during the appointment! I spent over $3K on my dress but then over $1K on alterations because I decided to defer to what I thought was expertise. Even the guy they sent me to for alterations said that the dress that was ordered was way too large. I even told them I was going to lose weight but I guess that didn't matter to them. Because of that, the dress didn't hold exactly the right shape and the cups were too large (which is insane because I already have a large bust). Anyway, the gown was still gorgeous, but just not exactly what I tried on and cost WAY more than it should have in alterations because of them.

Side note: we came in early for a follow up appointment and while we waited she was doing some clerical work placing orders for dresses via the computer, but what I loved was she followed up with the orders by calling and verifying they went through before the end of the business day. I came across Lauren Elaine on Instagram and was immediately impressed with the beauty, quality and unique look that this bridal salon had. After visiting several bridal salons I was super unimpressed with all the dresses. Everything looked a little too basic and too simple for me. My thoughts were this is my wedding day, my once in a lifetime moment and I want to look spectacular! After submitting online inquiry Adam reached out to me and I scheduled an appointment. It was such a lovely personable experience. My time slot was booked and Adam was able to give me his full attention and time. We were greeted with champagne and started trying on gowns based on what I told him what were my likes and dislikes. Adam is so fun, understanding and pleasurable to work with ! He listened to what my fiance ( yes my fiance helped designed my dress) and me wanted and helped us put together the perfect dress for me. This shop is custom design, not custom size... so you will need to have alterations (if needed) and alterations are done elsewhere as they only design your dress.
