I really wanted to love this place because it looks like it is a minority women owned business but I have to say I am very disappointed. At a glance the decor is beautiful. But the tech that did my pedicure barely filed down the ridges on my toe nails. So you can see bumps on the toe polish. I showed her what nails I wanted which were an almond shape french tip but I had to ask her to fix the shape on almost every nail. She attempted to paint my nails but left visible streaks so I asked if she can fix it before painting more nails. She swapped techs midway so I feel bad for the other customer. The other customer even voiced out why switch midway. The new tech maybe the manager or owner who attempted to do french tips but left me with uneven lines, uneven product build, and air bubbles. Each nail is a different white line thickness. I voiced out can she fix it. The new tech just said, "that's the best I can do... everyone's nails are different... you're paying with groupon so what do you expect" Inside I was furious! Just because I used a groupon, does that mean I'll get a different result than a non-groupon customer? I tried to remain cool by tipping her well and thanked her and left. I will never return here. I never felt so ashamed for using groupon in my life. I should have saved the $60-$70 I spent here to go somewhere else that actually knows how to do french tips. read more

This place is clean and neat. Beautiful decorations, however the staffs were just keep chatting among themselves upon the minute I arrived ( no other customers are there) I have regular pedi and mani, I am very disappointed on my mani, two of my finger polish chapped right after I left the place. I had to go back to fix it. However, another finger was chapped 10 mins after I left the place again. I won't recommend anyone to go here. Teresa is a such a sweetheart she did my gel manicure and absolutely appreciate the fact she was so sweet and attentive with me. She clearly did everything I wanted her to do. The salon is very pretty and it's really clean. I like the color theme and the overall decor is elegant. There's plenty of metered street parking but luckily I was able to find parking at a residential spot. They specialize in wide range of services like waxing, lashes and facials. Hmm I think their prices are bit higher than other salons but it's such a pretty place and Teresa is an absolute charm I won't mind going back for sure. read more

The place is a cut above the rest of the other nail salons that dot Northern Boulevard. It's clear that the owner wanted a more elegant salon. There are semi raised partitions between stations to give some privacy (and hopefully protection from COVID). Similarity, there is a clear partition between the nail technician and the client, whicj is great during COVID. Amy was wonderful, very knowledgeable and clearly cares about her work. When I first chose a color, she mentioned it was harder to match various dresses and since I was doing gel, that was very handy. The lady who did my nails moved quickly but I also did not feel rushed. She made sure to soak my nails before removing my cuticles. She listened to my design idea and brought it to life. Not writing a bad review as the nail salon has a lot of potential, but perhaps getting better and more experienced nail tech. I decided to give this nail salon a try and overall their very professional, pricing is great and decor is beautiful and the service was excellent, however the nail tech has got to go. I went in to get my nails done and requested a particular design. 1. I asked for my nails to be shaped coffin style and idk what the nail tech did but it's definitely not coffin shape. 2. I showed her the original design - ombré and idk what the heck she did but the work was not clean. And I told her to do it all over again to French instead since that may be more simpler. Final Results: The French is okay but I'm not too impressed with it. Pedicure: I will say the pedi came out a lot better but there's always room for improvement. All and all , I would go back but only if they get better and highly experienced nail techs. read more

Reality rating is 2.5 stars. I went here to join a friend who wanted to get her nails done for a wedding. She made the reservations and used a promo she saw online. This was the first time getting a gel manicure so I was excited. Location was easy to find, and was right on northern blvd. Finding parking on that day was a bit hard, but we were able to find a spot around the corner so at most we would've been late by 5 minutes max. My friend received 2 calls, first time was 5 minutes before the appointment time and they hung up immediately, the second time they stated that we need to hurry up because they have several other customers waiting at the moment. Since they stated this we rushed out of the car and into the salon, and guess what? The place was entirely empty. It just gave a bad first impression. Onto the service, overall they seem nice, the place was clean and bright and the music was calming classical music. My gel manicure wasn't fully applied, there was an obvious spot on my middle finger that wasn't painted but no biggie, but she might've been distracted or rushing to close. Also during service, she did her best to maintain cleanliness, but I noted that she often used a napkin that had someone's address written on it. While painting my nails, the lady was often picking up phone calls, one of which included a customer booking and asking about a Groupon promotion, and the lady kept insisting to not book through Groupon and they would offer a better deal in person. But the customer opted to use Groupon anyway and when the conversation ended the woman muttered "pandeja", which was very unprofessional. I can understand since there were only 2 workers at the time, so no one else can manage the phone and other tasks---still didn't leave a good impression. My friend's sister had her nails done here a week before, but both she and my friend complained that their nails were quick to chip compared to other nail salons they've been to. I believe this place offers an appointment to fix the nails free of charge, so there's that I guess. I mean don't get me wrong, they get the job done. My gel manicure lasted a while, it's just a few factors from my experience here convinced me to opt for other places in the future if I decide to do my nails again. read more

I don't write reviews. But you should run the other direction from this zero stars establishment. I am shocked that people have good reviews of this place. I came in for an appt yesterday afternoon before an event. It wasn't the owner who helped me, but a different technician with gel pedicure and gel manicure. She was so rough and so aggressive it was the worst mani/pedi I've had in my life. She cut me twice (once on my toe and another on my finger) causing me to bleed both times. Wasn't even sorry. I had to pull away fingers and toes repeatedly as she filed so hard against my skin and even tried to use the cuticle cutter to cut my actual fingers outside of the nail bed. Like what the f***. I don't I even think she was trained and I should've asked to see her certification. She filed my nails down past the white which I said no to. The manicure she filed after the gel was done... why? No idea but gel polish already chipped less than two hours after the appointment. She was rude and rushed. She brought the wrong color for my toes and I let it slide. She massaged only one foot and literally slapped the other one. Then under her breath told me "rapido" (faster) when I was trying to get out of the pedicure chair. I sincerely regret tipping her $15 and being nice to the whole staff. The hardest part was even if I wanted to complain my Spanish isn't fluent enough and this is a Spanish speaking only place. Please avoid this place unless you want a shit job and you like being cut and hurt by an aggressive technician. I should've run out the door after the pedicure. Perhaps people had a better experience with the owner. But her staff needs to be fired. Sadly, I have to get my nails redone less than 24 hrs after paying for a gel manicure. But my nails are so short my fingers literally hurt. read more

My daughter and I were excited to try this place. Unfortunately, when we walked in and I mentioned I had a groupon, everything went sour. The lady seemed annoyed and started speaking to her co-worker in Spanish. She started my pedicure, and I asked if everything was okay. She said yes, but I knew she was annoyed. She never put the arm down on my pedicure chair. So I didn't know until the end that it had a massage button. She also never turned the Whirlpool spa water on for my pedicure until the last minute. And then later told me that she had forgotten when I asked her about it. When I moved to her table to do my manicure, I questioned her because I was getting upset about the quality of what I was getting. She told me that they only do the lotion on your legs for the pedicure for 30 seconds, just like all the other places. It was more like 10 seconds that I got, but I've been to many other places, and they usually do a few minutes on each leg. This was the shortest rub I have ever gotten. My daughter got her pedicure from the other woman, who also seemed annoyed. Neither of them spoke the entire time, making it very uncomfortable. When I asked the lady who was doing my treatments about the speed of the procedure., she told me that because it was a groupon, they have to work quickly so that she has time for her regular customers, and the owner only gets half of what I paid for the Groupon. I told her that maybe the owner should not sell a groupon if they're going to give me a quick treatment as I'm only paying $5 less than if I didn't have the groupon it all.
