I just happened to walk into this nail salon (originally had planned to check out another place nearby but I parked down in front of this nail salon and noticed it looked quite nice inside). It was very spacious inside, and looked newly renovated. I had my nails done by Rita, and I would definitely ask for her again. I showed her a few inspo pics of what I had in mind for my vacation nails and she did a great job bringing my vision to life. Cost wise, it was $37 for gel nails + $20 design (I got french tips on 2 fingers and an accent nail with shell pieces) before tip. The accent nail in particular took quite some effort to do and I loved the way it turned out. I also added on a nail extension for $10 because one of my nails had broken off previously and was much shorter than the rest. I was concerned it wouldn't be very sturdy and break off during my vacation but it was actually extremely strong and also blended in so well with the rest of my nails that you can't even tell which finger has the extension. I went back several times because of ONE really great experience with a tech named Mary. After that it's been horrible. This other girl who I think they assign to work on customers who don't ask for a specific tech, was horrible! Not sure what her name was. It read something like "Nig" and the rest was not legible. She took forever to do a messy job on my on my french gel manicure, and shaved my nails down too much. A second time she did my pedicure, I think it was the fasted pedicure I have ever received...she jet through it and then when I asked for French pedicure, she said she cannot do it because I have a line on my nail which will show through. So? I asked for it, please do it. And I know you can do a double or triple coat to hide it because I have had other nails techs do that without me having to ask! She was just being lazy and looking around and talking to others. I felt like I wasted my hard earned money on a really poor experience and result. Please see that your nails techs are attentive to the customer and don't make excuses for basic things like a French pedicure. read more

I came by on an off chance that any nail salon would be open, on a Sunday no less and at 5pm (and with no appointment booked). Luckily, they are open until 7pm on Sunday's and 8pm M-Sat. This nail salon is fairly new, I'm told by the staff they opened in December 2022. The usual spa services are offered, think waxing, chair massages, facials, etc. But the specialty seems to be all the fancy nails like acrylic, gems, and the decorative designs, florescent and nail tips. I don't follow the trends so I'm the wrong person to ask what each thing is. Just know that do it! I was very pleased with the spa pedicure I got the first visit. It included a full callus removal, scrubbing, massage for 15 minutes and a nice wax treatment on my heels. Must try! My technician was super friendly. Her name is Qui or Cue. I'm sure I'm spelling it wrong because I didn't see her name tag. I actually think she was one of the management folks. She took her time and was very thorough with the scrubbing, callus treatment and she had firm hands for the foot massage. It was very relaxing. She cleaned up my toes really well, cut the ingrown toenail -- eek. And because I picked this particular spa package with the treatments that includes callus removal, scrubbing, a soak, wax treatment for the heels and toes. It was so great, she convinced me to get a manicure. I didn't plan on it but she insisted so I did buff since I know me, I'll ruin the hands in a minute. Two days later, I returned with my daughter and got an eyebrow wax. The technician was Stacey this time and I liked how she paid attention to my daughter's eyebrow line and kept it full looking yet cleaning up the strays. It is hard to get a good look sometimes when it's uneven but Stacey knew her craft. Tip: there's parking in the rear of the store! Convenient for this neighborhood! read more

They said we get 10% off if we pay in cash so we did, it ended up around $52. Nico did my pedicure and she was super gentle and nice with it. Decides to come in here because it's spring and the toes will be making their debut soon. I came around 10 on a Tuesday morning and the place was empty. My pedicurist was very accommodating (asking if my water temperature was ok and if the massage chair was ok. The chairs are very nice, with a massager and even a little cup holder. I got a regular pedicure which included a nice little massage with some nice smelling lotion, a callus removal, and a lot of time and care to my toes. After my pedicure, I was treated to a little shoulder massage. The manicure stations even have cute little holders for your phone. Very nice experience here. Absolutely horrible. Not only was I rushed throughout the whole process, they talked about me in front of my face. If you're going to talk about the customer, make sure the customer doesn't understand you. Jojo and Sandy were speaking about me in mandarin and in Fuzhounese. They started off by complaining how I wanted both uv gel extension and pedicure. Mind you, the receptionist told me to come in at 6pm if I wanted both. I came in early for my 6pm appointment too and if that was an issue then you should have informed me. As the process went on, Jojo complained about how I wanted the gap between my real nail and tip filled. Are you kidding me? The tip should be glued onto my nail correctly. I shouldn't have to tell you to do it when you can clearly see it not attached. Regardless, you complained about how I was being annoying and how you had to fill it in when Sandy asked you if you were almost done, so she can finally start. My nails still came out messy and you shaved way too much of my real nail. There's a bubble and what kind of shaping is this (see photos). Jojo was also bragging about my nail request was "easy to do" in Fuzhounese. Guess it's easy when you're doing a messy job. My pedicure was the fastest pedicure I've ever had, barely did any of the steps correctly. The nails weren't dry and they kicked me out. Now to end this saga, they were discussing how they didn't receive a tip yet. They were discussing this while I was in the midst of my pedicure. Now I have been nothing, but respectful and said my please & thank you every step of the way. I bit my tongue throughout the process. I still gave you two tip. But to see your faces when I said thank you in Fuzhounese was priceless. Great to see your heart fall down to your bootyhole and I really hope it makes the owner reevaluate who they are hiring. People take this as a warning and avoid this place at all cost. Do better Jojo and Sandy, you give a bad rep to all technicians that work hard. Oh, whoever Jessica is at the store and you weren't here. They talked a lot about you and said you have a big face, so be careful who you trust at work. read more

Hubby and I wanted to get pedicures and have always noticed this place driving by. We called in prior to arriving to see if they have room for us and they were honest and told us there currently was no open technician, but once we come in we'd be next to be served. Walked in and waited no more than 5 minutes as every seat was filled when we arrived. Not too bad! We both opted for a pedicure and massage @ 38$ each. The massage portion is 10 minutes total with 5 minutes on each side. I mainly just wanted a little pampering and cleanup on my dead skin. I really like this new nail salon on bell Blvd. All the staff are very friendly and the decor is so nice! There is also a waiting area where they offer refreshments like water, tea or soft drinks. It's also a plus that they have parking in the back too. I have been here twice now and both times Alicia did my nails. She is so so nice and attentive. The second time I came I got chrome nails that ended up getting chipped (on two of my nails) a few hours after I got home. I came back to fix the two and she offered to just change the whole top layer again with a different color and to assure that it will not chip again this time. even tried to give her a tip again but she wouldn't take any since she just wanted me to be satisfied with my nails. One other thing they have that I haven't seen at other salons is their points system. They have a loyalty program where you collect points after every visit. I have come to the place three times. The first time was good and was super quiet. The second time was ok - they rushed the gel pedicure service esp since I didn't want spa which I expected in most places. This last time I went for a gel pedicure. There weren't too many people so I thought let me do a spa. I had an hour and asked the technician if that was enough time as I had an appointment down the block for a beauty treatment. She said yes but the whole time she was so distracted . Stopping to talk to the others and looking everywhere but not paying attention to what she was doing. She was so distracted I didn't even finish getting this spa experience as she was taking that long. I told her let's skip the massage and ran out. But $77 for mediocrity really annoys me! Awful customer service and a disgrace to the nail tech community. Some of the nail techs are rude and talk bad about you right in front of your face. Not only that, but they expect tip after the horrible customer service they put you through. I'm sure there are nice techs here but the bad ones outweigh the good. Not really sure how to rate this place and here's why. I wanted to remove my old gel manicure with a regular manicure. The nail technician was very attentive and made sure to take it off smoothly. But she did a very sloppy job on the regular manicure. She gave me the standard 3 coats but it was very streaky and looked very uneven coating. She rushed me off to get my nails dry without trying to fix it. I don't usually complain... but I had to complain and the front desk staff agreed with me. Mary, another nail technician was very kind and added two more coats till I was satisfied with how they looked. I was very happy with Mary who stayed after hours to make sure I was content with the manicure. On another note, I would ask for Mary next time. Theres free parking in the back which is a plus. My nail tech, Sophia, was gentle and sweet when doing my pedicure and manicure. I showed her a design and she was able to achieve it despite my nails being on the smaller side. I received the best manicure ever today from Nail Technician Emily. She did everything right throughout the entire process. She took her time to ensure good quality control so no mistakes were made, she paid attention to the details and didn't mind redoing some nails if they didn't turn out correctly. On top of all this, she was friendly and professional. It took 5 or so color trials to find the right color combination, she tested the color combinations on a press on nail beforehand. She has an eye for making subtle changes from the original selected design (a layer of rainbow glitter underneath the silver to give it depth) and using silver based gems instead of pink/purple toned gems to make the manicure sparkle to its full potential. I even appreciated how she took a paper towel to wipe off each gem after putting top coat on to ensure good clarity on the gems. I even appreciate that she was able to put a new UV gel set on with minimal filing as she got the gel to mold properly to my nail shape right away. Sign of a good Nail Technician! I loved the job she did so much that next time I'll re book her. My manicure was not an easy one, took 3.5 hours. It's comprised of: 1. Full nail with Chrome powder with a Jelly Lilac color underneath 2. Half nail with Jelly Lilac color and half Silver Glitter color with Zircon and Pearl Gems 3. Half nail with Rainbow and Silver Glitter with Zircon Gems The salon itself is really nice. They have spa music on all the time and each station itself has enough room so you feel comfortable. RACIST ESTABLISHMENT! Do not go here! Customer service was horrible. From the moment my wife walked in, she can immediately feel the lady talking about her. We came closer to the end of the day so im guessing she was feeling lazy since the shop was empty. My wife was seated with Kayla. She was very rough and even after telling her, she just continued to talk in her language to her friend Amy with no eyebrows. Kayla may have been a man so i dont want to hold it against her, but she needs to ease up and not be so rough. My wife decided to end the service early because of how racist the experience was becoming. The comments were clearly about her being the only colored person there. Unfortunately this was clearly a problem to them and they did not want to deal with us at this point. We chose to leave immediately. When we complained to the manager about our experience, she said she did not notice anything.. she was clearly not looking to help. If want a friendly experience,please do not go here.
