The interior design of this nail salon is adorable! The color theme is this cute peachy coral and they've got everything + more you can want at a nail salon. There's also a flat screen TV, for your entertainment. The girls who work here are extremely friendly and sweet. They greet you and care about what you want done. I went for the leaf gel premium manicure and pedicure. The pricing is with the competitors around, but the quality is better. I received a wonderful massage during the service. They also offer facial and eyelash extension services. For someone who lives in the neighborhood, you'll know that you generally have to travel far to get those services done! I love this place! The first time I discovered them - I needed a quick manicure and they did a fantastic job in 20 minutes! The owners May and Melissa are super sweet. I love their gel polish - unique color selection and lasts long! The brand is different than most nails salons and is advertised as pure gel - which is nice to see. I came back for a pedicure and Melissa took her time, did not chat with other co-workers while doing the pedicure - just a nice pleasant time at this place. Lacks attention to detail. Horrible customer service and blames customer for poor results: I got gel manicure. Prices are listed as gel color is $25 and organic gel is $35. I didn't know this until I chose my color from the book they gave me and as they were filing my nails, they said the gel is organic so it's more expensive than regular gel (now that I think about it, the book they gave me may only had organic options to select from? Not sure about this). As she was filing my nails I asked for short but she said gel would look good with a longer tip so I said ok. My fault for not being picky enough but the shape is so bad. I am shocked that she looked at this shape and even thought it was ok. Next, she did my manicure which was ok at first. When I got home, I realized that it wasn't applied evenly and there were bumpy areas. It was also very thick. There was also white streaks forming the next day I went back 3 days later to tell them about the white streaks and how it was unevenly applied. The woman ONLY filed the 3 nails that had white streaks and applied a new coat over it. When I told them about the application, she blamed it on MY nails and how my nails were uneven so it ended up like that. I told her I had gel done before in other places and she didn't respond to me. Moreover, she told me that my nails were uneven while doing my nails the first time and failed to tell me that application may be uneven. THE WORST PART IS the 3 nails she reapplied to "fix" were the WRONG COLOR. So now I have 3 nails that are different colors to the rest of my nails. I didn't even bother to tell them again because I have no hope. I went home and fixed the shape because it was bothering me so much. TLDR: dishonest, does not listen to customer needs, lack of attention to details, does not admit wrongdoings. read more

I LOVE my nails, Melissa & May did an amazing job!! They took their time and made sure my nails were exactly what I wanted! They both helped me pick out the colors they knew exactly what would look nice together. The door remained locked the whole time making sure nobody would be able to walk in and out practicing social distancing right. Everyone had masks on, appointment only so their wasn't a lot of people inside at the same time. This is definitely my new forever nail place! I would highly recommend!!! read more

My only complaint about my nails is that it barely looks like the picture and it's already starting to peel off. This place is extremely shady with their prices and everyone should be aware of this. Their price list clearly shows that a gel manicure is $25. I was charged $35! I went in today, looked at the price list and saw that gel manicure was $25. Great. I told them I'd like a gel manicure. I noticed there weren't any gel colors out so I asked to see the gel colors so I can pick one. They handed me this little book with some colors. I wasn't crazy about any of them. It was not a large selection of colors. In all other nail salons they have a large selection of gel colors from several different brands. I picked a color from the limited ones they had and proceeded with the service. At the END of my manicure, (when she was applying the top coat to be exact), they were going on and on about how amazing this gel color is because it's organic (like I care). Then they casually mentioned that it's more expensive than the regular gel colors. I said: wait a minute- how much is this? She said $35. That is very unprofessional and annoying because the pricelist clearly shows $25 for a gel manicure and they give me a selection of colors where the price is going to be $35 for that because it's organic and they failed to mention this??? That is not right. I can care less that it's organic as I'm not going to eat it. I 100% would NOT have gotten that gel manicure knowing that it was going to cost almost $37 with tax, when all my life I've been paying $25 for gel manicures. They deliberately did not mention the fact that this was going to cost $10 more because they knew that I would not do it and this is a very shady thing for a business to do. As for the service- it was OK; not bad, however, nothing special at all. Completely average. Definitely not worth what I paid. If a business cannot be honest about their prices then it is not a business worth your money. They should tell you "this gel manicure will actually coast $35, not $25 as shown on the list of prices"!! They saw me looking at the price list too. This is what really got under my skin. I went to this nail salon on my friend's recommendation. I was looking for a place that was familiar with silk wraps. When I got there the owner convinced me to do the organic gel. She removed the silk wrap and I tried the organic gel. It was beautiful and I have been going back ever since. Their pedicures are really good and so are their facials. This nail salon has the most friendly and welcoming workers who do a great job. I never leave unsatisfied. I highly recommend the organic gel nail polish. It literally lasts for 2-3 weeks (I am a nurse who frequently washes my hands and use hand sanitizer and the organic gel is what really seems to work for me) and feels light and fresh on your hands. The staff is great, hard working and the way they do their manicures/organic gel manicures and pedicures are superb.
