She called me back 3 minutes later to say she misread the dosing instruction and did not have the tablet form ordered by my provider (an antibiotic). When I asked her if she could check the other DePere Walgreens, she said "I will have to call you back". Fifty minutes later still no call back. I phoned my provider and they sent the prescription to Meijer with no drama/issues. Sorry, Walgreens, either hire more staff or figure out a better automated system to help your staff.
