I thought this was all normal. Lately, during my fills, I have felt pain when she is replacing old lashes with new ones. I went to see someone else who took close-up pictures of the work done at the Day Spa. Up to 3 lashes were attached to my real lashes and my real lashes were badly damaged. This explains the pulling feeling I felt and the pain I felt when she pulled off old ones. When I called the Day Spa to report this they tried telling me that this is how fans are done. Not true! Lashes should go on one single lash when applied. Lashes should not be uncomfortable or hurt at all. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Not only are my nails all different lengths, the technician made my cuticles bleed. To top it off I requested very simple dots on the nails for new years, he proceeded to put messy ginormous dots that ended up all spooling together to make a giant puddle on my nails.
