She quickly gathered my insurance information over the phone and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. When I arrived, I was seen very quickly and spent less than 10 minutes in the waiting room before being taken back. Dr. Cole was absolutely amazing -- professional, kind, and incredibly efficient. He addressed the issue with my eye right away and resolved everything during the visit. I was in and out in about 45 minutes, and I left feeling so relieved and well cared for. Thus far all my favorite doctors have been female! They are more aware, they listen, and they actually will act upon a patients complaint. My complaint was my dry eyes!!! I could not keep enough refresh tears drops in my eyes for years. I go every year for an eye exam. Need to take care of your eyes and ears! Gotta be able to see to enjoy the beauty surrounding you! This Awsome person, Dr Expo, took the time to actually test my eyes and really look at them to justify my complaint! I went to my pharmacy and the script Restasis .05% drops was denied. Pfffft. My pharmacy sent a note to the doc telling them I was denied. Within 24 hours my script for Restasis was approved! Amazing! This medication is SUPER expensive. I have insurance and I was not willing to pay out of pocket hundreds of dollars. Dr Expo stayed on top of it and I got approval for a super expensive medication to fix my dry eyes which in turn improved my vision. I cannot be any happier. I felt results immediately. The offices are clean and the technology is up to date. I was offered a digital scan for pupil dilation instead of the drops. So - if your don't like those drops, there is an alternative option. I met with optometrist Stacy Turner and she was very nice. She was also very thorough with her explanations. She was very willing to answer anyone of my questions. I was then handed of to another person to explain my insurance benefits. Overall, the staff was very welcoming from start to finish. I'm very surprised to see so many negative reviews. I think this is a great place to get an eye exam.

I don't believe it's been open for very long, it's right off of Preston Rd in Celina. The offices are beautifully designed, I loved all of the thoughtful pieces throughout, definitely thumbs up for the coffee bar! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the doctor took his time to explain the pictures of the eye to my daughter, which was fascinating! They got us in and out pretty quickly and did an amazing job. I think my daughter was really happy with her eyeglass selection. She hasn't had glasses for several years and is looking forward to them, especially for driving. We opted to add in the blue light filter to help with screen time effects on the eyes. Make sure you understand. You're not rushed. They give time to process info. They make recommendations on what might help & keep you comfy. These things make a huge difference.

After some back and forth I provided the prescription, paid for the lenses, the girl took measurements for pupillary distance etc. and I left my frames. Within minutes the same girl called and said she had accidentally broken my frames, and she guessed I could come back and get a refund. She smirks and says in a nasty tone: Oh yes, well we're going to be NICE. We're going to be NICE and give you a refund. Stunned, I clarified, they were my frames?? that you all broke? Not even frames I bought here - I'm getting a refund for lenses that can't be delivered now?? (What other option is there but to refund it since the labor and product are not going to be delivered??? Not to mention you all breaking my frames, and not even saying "sorry about that!" ????) However I bit my tongue, not wanting to escalate the situation. The woman looked at me with disdain and sneered: Yes. But It's final sale. (Again, what does that matter if there is no longer a sale?!
