From my perspective, customer service should always be a priority......to new and current patients/clients. Unfortunately, the women working the front desk are not the friendliest. You basically show up, check in and they tell you to sign documents on an iPad. They also don't follow up with you or check on you to see if you have any questions...a little disappointing. Karine was nice, professional, and gentle throughout the procedure. She began by asking me a couple of questions in regards to what I was looking for and we decided to do 1 syringe of juvederm. I do wish they would've sent me home with documents that contained all the information(on ipad, as a reminder). Such as the healing process and lumps. I literally had to google everything on my own. Overall, my lips looked good the first week (photo of red lips). However, there was a bump above the right side of my lip line. If you zoom in closely you can see in the photo. I was told it would go down.....but up to this day it's still there. It bothers me soo much as well as my bottom lip line. I've decided to get them fixed next week at another location. read more
