Karine is amazing: considerate, caring, and best of all, TALENTED!! She is the opposite of the med spa people who try upselling and pushing you to do more than you want. With me she was on the conservative side to start, and preferred to build up the filler if necessary. I appreciate that more than I can convey. She knows what she's doing and really impressed me with her work. I requested a specific thing for my lips and she said she'd do her best then she blew it out of the water by doing EXACTLY what I wanted and she did it better than I could have even hoped for. As an LA girl, I refuse to drive anywhere I don't absolutely have to but this place was my exception given it came highly recommended. So impressed with this clinic and with Vahe. The clinic is clean and orderly and the front desk is very friendly. Vahe is an incredible injector. Fast, easy, but amazingly beautiful results. He truly understands his craft and it shows. There are many "spas" out there that just inject without truly understanding anatomy or what is best for the client, leaving you with terrible results. Just got my first treatment at this place and i'm beyond happy. I was always insecure about my facial symmetry, i always wanted to balance it out. From my perspective, customer service should always be a priority......to new and current patients/clients. Unfortunately, the women working the front desk are not the friendliest. You basically show up, check in and they tell you to sign documents on an iPad. They also don't follow up with you or check on you to see if you have any questions...a little disappointing. Karine was nice, professional, and gentle throughout the procedure. She began by asking me a couple of questions in regards to what I was looking for and we decided to do 1 syringe of juvederm. I do wish they would've sent me home with documents that contained all the information(on ipad, as a reminder). Such as the healing process and lumps. I literally had to google everything on my own. Overall, my lips looked good the first week (photo of red lips). However, there was a bump above the right side of my lip line. If you zoom in closely you can see in the photo. I was told it would go down.....but up to this day it's still there. It bothers me soo much as well as my bottom lip line. I've decided to get them fixed next week at another location. read more

Vahe is great. He is talented at what he does and really cares. I've gotten botox and fillers with him. When I first came to him I has horrible migration from another practicioner. He was the only one who was able to properly remove it. BLESS him. Vahe listens to what you like and what and is also honest about how things will turn out and his reccomendations (for example, I like a upper lip the same size as my lower lip to balance my face, but a bigger lower lip is supposed to look more natural.)
