Showed the lady a picture and she quoted me a price of 50-55 dollars than she showed a younger lady who then told me that it would be 75-80 dollars for the short frenchies set I wanted . So I settled for getting a regular French that's around the edges for 60 dollars work is decent not the best or the worse . I just don't like the different pricing seems like gouging to me . I have been here several times. I think they do an average job for a nail salon. A couple technicians are very good. My biggest issue is the price gouging. The always charge 5-10 more than the listed price for services. For example, today my daughter got a one color glitter set and then her toes painted with regular polish. She doesn't like pedicures and there was no polish to take off. Even if she would have gotten the most expensive glitter nails with two colors and a polish it should be based on their prices $55 but she was charged $67, which is fine. It is not the cost itself that bothers me but the false advertising just increase your prices on the menu and website rather than making up the price as you good. The pricing is never consistent. For the same exact set a month ago she paid $40. read more

For that price, I would've at least expected satisfactory work to be done. Instead, I was extremely disappointed. Will not be going here again, and I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I have gotten my nails done there several times and they've done a beautiful job. I went in today and sat down to wait for my turn. Anither walk in came in after me. I overheard the dad telling one of the ladies it was his daughters birthday and he was getting her nails done. They immediately sat her down and started doing her nails even though i had been waiting about 20 minutes at that point. I came and this lady started working on my nails. As she was drilling my nails, I told her that it hurts and they are sensitive. She continued. Then she was filing and my nail was not straight, so I told her. She started talking in her language and like 3 other ladies came and stood over her and I. She told me to wash my hands and then another lady was like I'll help you. As she started applying the nail polish, it was just a mess. i asked the lady if she can paint over another layer with a different color because it did not look the same as the sample. the sample was a solid pink and my polish was transparent where you can still see the bruise underneath on my toe. she refused to repaint it. when i refused to be satisfy with the poor result, she repainted it even worse on purpose. there were some cotton still left on my toes. it was a mess. they all let a client leave with such horrible job. it was such a waste of a money. no one offered to fix it. I have been going to allure 2 for a few months now. Kelly is great at nails and so is Tina. But every time i get my toes done I'm pissed. This time I didn't do a full pedicure just a polish change. Truth is the ladies that do toes at allure 2 are so old they can't see and don't cover the whole to toe nail with clear polish so the uncovered color turns a different color that the clear covered areas. Convienance - it used to be located next door to my office until KP relocated us in to another building. Still very close within walking distance to my office. Affordability- Jenny does my shellac manicures on my lunch break and charges me $18 for basic no frills color change. I don't require the hand massage and cuticle cut back every. 2 weeks. She does a great Polish and applies color evenly and always does 3 coats on dark colors for richness. No frills quick manicure for cheap. ZERO STARS! Worst experience ever! I took my nieces for mani/pedi's. After waiting 30 minutes for 3 chairs together, one was broken. It didn't move up or massage, (for an 8 year old so she had to sit pushed all the way up in the chair) and the water in the tub was almost cold I find out after. The woman doing mine barely ran the file across my nails. The cuticle push back on the feet and hands was a single push and that was it. One leg got the exfoliation scrub and I realized later the other one did not. There was NO massaging or even applying lotion on my legs or feet. There was oil applied rubbed about two swipes on my legs, then a hot towel and polish which was my own. My manicure was even worse. At one point she was looking away paying attention to one of the other workers instead of doing her job. She was literally filing MY FINGER instead of my nail. I asked her to stop and she just giggled. My cuticle wasn't even pushed back on my hands. She put the lotion on, rubbed my arms with two swipes and put polish remover on my nails, so I assumed she was going to put the polish on next. Instead she said something unintelligible and motioned for me to get up and move over to somewhere where there were no chairs. By now I was over it. I walked over to my youngest niece who was getting her polish done. The other was drying. I walked over and sat in the chairs in front. She walked over after 10 minutes and said she would do my polish now. I said no thanks I will just pay now. That was 1 hour of my life that I can't get back. I would have preferred to give my 8 year old niece the $110.00 and she would have probably done a better job! read more

So, now this is the 2nd time I arrived there today. The same lady that worked on me the first time completed the callus remover in my heel but when she attempted to remove the callus off the side of my big toe, she missed it and scrub the skin off my foot.
