BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS SALON. worst experience ever, I seriously feel robed I paid $40 dollars for the chrome nails on 12/20/20 and here they are 2 days later chipping off. Called the salon to let them know but it was useless . It seem they have a hard time understanding their clients abd it's super hard to understand them too. Oh well lesson learned. Andy did my nails, and he's the only guy that works at this place and may I say he has done such a fantastic job. He did a coffin shaped design as well for me , But was very informative that if I were to go shorter he was able to do so but the look wouldn't be as nice as the ones on the photos. Overall it came out better than I would've imagined and I'm happy to say that he has a well satisfied customer and I will be coming here for future appointments:) read more

Probably got the worse manicure of my life here. I did not get my nail tech's name but my nails were not filed evenly, all my nails bubbled up during drying... it was just the worst. When I spoke up about them all she did was apply a top coat on. I left because I did not have time to do everything over again. And my pedicure was just ok, not as good as the usual ladies I go to here. This salon is under new ownership and under the last ownership, the girls that have always done a good job were Gwen, Amy, and Vivian. I believe Amy and Gwen are still currently working here. I would even travel from across town just because these three girls have always given me the best mani/pedi. I have been coming here a very long time and have even gotten my nails done here for my own wedding. I am sad to say that I might have to find a new salon to go to. If I ever do come back here, I would only go to Amy or Gwen. read more

I've been coming here for nearly 10 years. They do great work with quality product. My nails last 4-6 weeks normally but I try to get in every 3-4 weeks. Andy always does my fill and Gwen does my pedicures. They are both very patient with me and my mobility issues and work with me even on days that I'm in severe pain before they ever get started. I moved from Stockton to Ripon over a year ago, but I still come back for their wonderful service and quality work. read more

Pros: - Unlike other salons where they apply one base coat and one top coat, my nail tech applied two different types of base coats and two different types of top coats. I appreciated that very much! - I didn't ask for artificial nails, my nails are naturally long and I liked that my nail guy was very nit picky about getting the shape of my nails evened and straightened out. Cons: - However, the tools were all used from the previous client. Now, I know this because there were still shavings from her nail session. Uh... Yeah. - I love OPI and other "high-end" nail brands, they carried only about 6-7 OPI nail polishes, the rest of the polishes were your typical cheap polishes. - The lotion that they apply on you (manicure and pedicure) was very pasty, I didn't like it at all. - Pedicure scrub lasted no more than 5 seconds were foot. My foot was not that disgusting but still: can I get some lovin? Overall: I'm not sure if I would be back...the work for the manicure is above par but I can get the same type of work at another salon with clean tools and save $2. read more

Ready for Halloween! Done by Gwen They will take walk ins unless their schedule is full... so I recommend you MAKE AN APPT instead of walking in. I couldn't decide what to do for Halloween. I know my costume is black and red. I was looking through Pinterest but not finding anything that really stood out to me. Gwen suggested this new red sparkle over the black... then she took it up a notch by adding the red over the tip of the two nails.... WOW!!! I feel I can wear this anywhere!!!! I just got done with my nail appointment, and I am very upset. Not only did the manicurist do a less than decent job, she also charged me $15 more than what she originally told me she would charge. On top of that she gave me three small cuts, and also sliced my pinky finger open enough to bleed. She then continued to file over the cut like it wasn't even there. They then wouldn't accept my card and made me drive to an ATM to pull out cash. I would advise you to never ever go to this place. They showed no hospitality and i am not happy with my experience. read more

After getting pho, I needed to get my eyebrows waxed and my friend wanted to get her nails done. We were able to kill two birds with one stone. My friends got shellac on her nails, but had to get the cold polish off first. They did a really good job about getting the old shellac off her nails. The nail technician did a really through job and took her time. The lady that waxed my eyebrows did a really nice job. I didn't want to get them thinner, only a clean up job with a trim. She listened which is awesome. I'd definitely comeback for another wax. Maybe even get my nails shellac if my nails actually grew. read more

I have always had so many problems here except with the owner, she has always been good at what she does. The other employees are lazy when it comes to taking the gel nail polish off! They don't wrap your nails in cotton and foil! They just use their sanding machine to take all the gel off! That means they sand part of your real mail too! My nails would get so weak and eventually break! I stopped getting my hands done and would only get my feet done. I would only let the owner do my feet. Well today Oct 8, 2022 I had an appointment at 12 with the owner and she forgot! I walked in and she had me wait about 15 min. She was working on a client and had another client waiting! She apologized to the other client and told her I had an appointment and would have to wait for me to get done. I had an appointment for a manicure (mind you I hadn't had a manicure in over a year!) The owner looked at my names and said, " You mail bery clean!". I said thank you. She began filing my nails and stared painting my tips white (I wanted french tip). I then asked her are you going to paint then first and then do the manicure? She said, " you no need manicure you nails clean!" I said I need one! She started cutting my cuticles while my finger were dry!! I got upset and pulled my hands away and said if you are gonna do a bad job just because you have someone waiting then don't to it! Anyway long story short I honestly can't believe she just did me like this! She said she forgot about the appointment she had with me! So basically she was gonna do a crappy job just to get me out the way but charge me full price!!! I walked out and I will never return! read more

Came here to take my old gel polish off, and for a regular mani to give my nails a break from gel. Total cost $15 without tip. If you want fast, no frills service then this is your place! Awesome for me because I needed my nails to be done fast before I went to work and this was the closest nail salon to me. The workers here are very nice! Would def come again. read more

Love this place! The staff is very friendly and professional. The ambiance is clean and comfortable. They have many nail polish colors to choose from including gel colors. I like to look for nail designs online. They never have a problem re-creating or improving on what I find. I highly recommend them. I also have my eyebrows shaped here now that they added waxing services. read more

I went here to get my acrylics removed and get a gel manicure. The guy in the front helped me and before he got started he began trying to talk me out of taking my nails off- mind you I've had these nails on for almost a year! When I told him I still wanted to remove them he had an attitude. I asked if they could be soaked off since my real nails are brittle & he said "we don't do that" so I was a little confused why he couldn't soak them off especially since my nails were extremely thin bc of the acrylics. So he began to cut them off really ruffly (even when I said that hurts) he caused me to bleed! Now I have a hole in my nail bed & I'm praying I don't get a fungus!!!! He didn't even apologize!!! So I got up & said no thanks for your service & I left. Be careful going here. If you don't get what they want you to get they will mess up what u really want. read more

Gwen the so called nail stylist was supposed to soak my nails acrylic off but she end up cutting one of my teal nails I told her you must be stupid or just plain retarded to cut my nail off when I didn't asked you to the she said she couldn't save my real nails I got up and walked out of there terrible service will never return if you have kids they will act funny when u arrive read more

This is the single best nail salon I have ever been to! When I arrived for my appointment there was someone waiting for me and ready to begin right on time. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. It looked like it was brand new, then my nail tech (Gwen) told me that the place had been painted 8 years ago! Speaking of Gwen... She is amazing. I came here because my regular nail tech had to cancel, and now I am thinking of switching to her as a regular client. Gwen was very kind, very easy to talk to, and funny! And she actually talked to ME, not just all of her coworkers (which I have gotten a lot of at other salons). They have over 150 shellac colors and a polish to match all of them for your toes. And on top of all of this... When I was done Gwen opened the door for me to leave and made sure I got to my car safely. A++++++ service. I would recommend this place to anyone, anywhere, anytime. read more

Called the day before, looking for 3 pedicures for 11:30. The lady who answered said yes, 11:30, took my name and phone number down. Showed up 5 minutes before our appointment the next day, they had just taken 2 ladies for pedicures and only had 2 other workers, already at task with other people. We contemplated leaving, but then were sat down 10 minutes after our appointment time, at the same time. We asked if we can't be started at the same time, then we weren't interested in the appointment. The lady in the front said she had people coming, that it would take 15 minutes , but we said okay. Nobody showed up. As the other people got done, then finally we got started on. Me, our last person, didn't get started until 12:05 and the first person was already done, due to getting a #0 because we simply didn't have the time. Or patience at this point. They lied, couldn't keep the appointment time, and took 2 people right before they knew 3 people were coming! Bad business. read more

The lady spent all of two seconds scrubbing the bottom of my feet and you also don't get the lotion on your legs in a basic pedicure. Or, if you do, she just forgot to do it for me. I'd say skip the pedicures here and get them somewhere else. HOWEVER, DO get the manicures here. For polished nails, no gel, you are charged $12. $2 more than elsewhere but the polish lasts a week or more because of all the coats and top coats. Definitely worth the extra $2. read more

It's a tradition of mine to get a pedicure on the first day; just to relax, unwind, and have pretty toes! I found this salon on Yelp after seeing all the amazing reviews, and now I absolutely understand why. The manicurist was so kind and friendly, and she gave me the best calf massage I've ever had (she even mentioned my legs were very tight!). She was incredibly detailed and took her time with every step. I spent about an hour and twenty minutes there, and it felt wonderful to be pampered and not rushed. This place is truly a gem; I would definitely be a regular if I lived locally!

It's splotchy and my nail trim isn't even, the gel polish even started lifting after an hour of just getting them done! I hope he improves as I left disappointed and really wanted to love this place.
