Came here on a Sunday afternoon because I needed a pedicure. I called around 1pm and was told to come around 1:30pm. I was seated by 1:40 but didn't get my service until 2. I didn't mind waiting but just know they get pretty busy!!! Be prepared to wait; their chairs were full. Jennifer helped me and I am super impressed! One of the best and cleanest gel pedicures I've gotten. It seems like they really take their time with each client and I never felt rushed despite the line of people waiting for their turn. I was profiled and refused service. I have been here in the past and had a good experience so I went again today. my normal tech wasn't in yet. they just opened and no one was there. i asked for a full set they said they had time. I sat down then they whispered in the back and sent a man up front that asked me to leave and said they were full with no one in the shop. I have face tattoos and was wearing clothes for the gym. I will never be back. I have never caused an issue for this business and always tipped well. read more

I often hate making appointments for a service and then having to wait, but luckily I didn't have that issue at this place. I've been here now 3 times and it's been pleasant each time. Yesterday when I went in, I found a design I though was kind of simple I wanted in a gel manicure but the lady helping me seemed newer and could not get it right. I had already started drying my gel polish so we couldn't really fix it without taking it all off- I was a bit annoyed but just told her how to fix it so we could make it look semi decent. - at this point Anna, I believe that's her name- stepped in and toon over. They both apologized multiple times. Anna literally started from scratch and gave me what I wanted. All in all- 2 hours later we were done and I was annoyed with the time but pleased with the result. **For the first time in Nail history** Anna said don't worry about paying us for your hand nails, just pay us for your feet- we know we took a lot of your time. I was shook as all of these nail technicians are about their money, they will do a terrible job/ take forever/ make you bleed but will never even give a discount- let alone free?! These people care about taking care of their client. Because of this service I will be back and recommend it in the area! read more

Okay guys! I totally forgot to update my review. I've been back 3 times since my review. My nails actually lasted a month and a half. No chipping, lifting, or breaking which is unheard of with my nails and the job that I do everyday. My pedicure lasted about 2 months. My second set lasted a month and could have went longer. Ana really is the best. She's very professional and she knows her stuff. Always on time and she is perfect at picking colors that will compliment your skin tone. I usually call to make an appointment and everyone is always friendly over the phone as well as in the shop. I can't remember who did my pedicure but Everyone here can do pedicures. I've been coming here for a while and I really love this place. Today I had an appointment with Cindy to get my manicure and I told her about how I could not speak due to losing my voice and she was so sweet about it. She gave me a cough drop and wished me well. Then when it was time for me to get my pedicure she helped me pick what I wanted and voiced that to the person that was doing my pedicure. She also, brewed me some lemon tea to help with my throat and checked on me a few times throughout my pedicure. It was so sweet and made me so happy. Terrible experience.. The owner was very rude. As I asked her for a certain color she replied with, "I don't know ask her".. The lady that did my nails took near two hours to do her dip powder method. My nails look like chewing gum. SUPER BUMPY and wet.! I'm never the type to not pay for a service. Have not had the best experience here my last 2 visits. The first time I came here, my nail had gotten infected. I was very upset because this never happens to me. I had to go back for them to remove my nail. The second time I was unsure about going again because of my last visit but I thought why not. My second visit was worse than the first. I came in asking for a design but it was way too expensive for my liking. So I simply asked for a simple french tip full set. The nail tech had said no and refused to give me french tips?? This started to get me upset because I don't understand why I can't get french tips. So to make it easy on him I then asked for plain black nails with no designs. He told me no again and refused to give me what I asked for. I was very upset because i'm the client coming in and it felt like he wanted to do his own thing. After saying no to all my ideas he painted green marble on my nails leaving so much green polish on my cuticles. Holes through the polish and the sides unpainted. I was not be satisfied with my nails at all and they charged me full $85 for a design I did not ask for! My nails were so bumpy and messy. I had to call and complain to come back just for french tips and they did not give me some of my money back for plain french tips. I will not be going back. read more
