She was a bit shifty at first but then settled down and was well behaved afterwards. I love when 2 people work on me at once. It goes faster, especially when I have my dog with me and need to get her out quick. I decided to do something new with my fingers. I got the "glamorous nude" dip and different colors for the tips of the nails. For my feet, I did calluses ($5) though not enough taken off unfortunately and gel (white). It was $72 and $68 respectively. I tipped and gave an extra tip for my pup because they were so patient. Absolutely loved the service. Very clean/neat and spacious location. Today, the pedicure which was not great also chipped! I don't care what the policy is, I have had regular pedicures last 3 weeks plus with regular polish! This is not good quality work. Between Makai at the front desk, the consistent name usage and greeting upon arrival, to the offerings of complimentary snacks and beverages, I have yet to find another nail salon in Napa quite like it. Emily is my go-to nail tech, and since I found her I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I purchased a manicure and pedicure. The guy who did my nails was not good. I would have given one star, but at least he did not draw blood and the place was clean. However, I don't recall the pedi, but I think it wasn't that great. But the manicure, I think he spent maybe like literally 5 minutes on it. I still had considerable cuticle remaining and his buffing job did not result in visible results. It's my bestie's favorite spot but I don't think I'm going back. read more

Tom is my go-to guy, I followed him from Vallejo because he is the BEST manicurist I have had in years. I am EXTREMELY picky, and where that might annoy or frustrate others; he is patient, listens and doesn't rush, while still keeping the appointment timely. I really enjoyed my first visit to Eco Polish. Lots of color choices and pleasant, talented staff. Lilly did a great job on my mani/pedi. Lots of parking on Permanente Drive and walk right in. My only complaints are very minor- the chair massage was too hard, I had to shut off and there is an over abundance of stuff, decorative lights hanging randomly etc. Overall I am a new fan and will continue to return. read more

The gentlemen at the front desk is very kind however be weary that "cat eye" or a basic glimmer french tip is additional $25 dollars which is wasn't told. Also was charged an extra $5 for the length despite them being short? I would ask about price transparency before choosing designs. I have been coming to Eco Polish for years now. Emily is the best. Always making my mani pedi look beautiful.

I tried this place twice because it is closer to my house than other options. Both times the treatments were terrible. The first time I got only a manicure and the person spent maybe 10 minutes tops on my hands and then the gel started to peel off in a way that has never happened at other salons. The second time (and last time) i got a mani pedi and the provider cut my toe and then also my right ring finger. Will never be going back. read more

I went here on the 11th and got a gel manicure and pedicure for Easter. 7 days later all my gel nails were pealed off. I called them and let them know about it on Friday and they said that they would redo them. I had an accident so I wasn't able to spend an hour going there for a redo over the weekend. So I went in the salon today (Monday) and they said they would redo them for $15 off. I'm sorry but that's just absolutely ridiculous. I paid $95 plus a large tip in cash for gel to last 7 days? They should be paying me for my time wasted dealing with this issue. I told them no thanks I will go somewhere else. Unfortunately I used to be a regular but this will be my last time going here. She ground off my gel nail polish, and couldn't be bothered to clean it all off so she just left it and tried to paint over it, like I wouldn't see it.
