After the second high lite grew out, the base from what his color was evident and was now yellow and brassy. I mention something prior to proceeding, and it ended up the same. Toner, blue hair, color removal, and $250 later. Fourth visit, they applied cool toner, was asked to return in 2 weeks for the correction. I was Left with toned yellow and orange striped hair. Fifth visit, 114 foils, toner applied, wrote a $200 check and was left with toned orange hair. I walked back in and said "This is not $450 hair". He ripped up the $200 check. I am now seeking a professional color correctionist. Pros: Good Haircuts.
