I have very standard skin tone for a caucasian woman as well as dark/fairly normal to thick hair which should be ideal for laser hair removal. Despite my continuous communication of the sessions not working, the staff did not provide any reasoning, discuss options for improved results and just continued taking my money. Just kinda shitty tbh and I'd like to see a company commit to results. I have had laser from a real spa prior that worked like a breeze so I know its not a me problem. Would not recommend this place.

It was my first time so she walked me through every single step and gave me advanced notice for what to expect. Let me tell you- the procedure hurt more than I expected but she was able to see that and changed the settings appropriately to help me through it. I've seen good results so far and am very happy with this clinic. They offer additional services (microneedling, facials, etc) which I would like to try at a future time!
