With that said - the many months leading up to our wedding, Ross was ALWAYS available to talk on the phone, text, and even set up a Zoom video call with me to go over my vision for the wedding and talk about different music. So my thoughts on DJ Ross? Best. DJ. EVER. Do not think twice. Although I was skeptical at first, Ross exceeded all of our expectations. I was a type A bride for sure. I wanted specific songs played at specific times, I wanted the doors during the ceremony to open at a certain SECOND of a song, I wanted it ALL - and Ross made it happen. There was literally not one thing that went wrong with the music or the MC-ing. Ross played the best dance music, kept the dance floor alive the entire night, and made the entire wedding flow perfectly. The dance floor was NEVER empty. He dimmed the lights, had light effects - it honestly felt like a nightclub. So awesome. There was never an awkward pause in the music, the crowd loved him, and he really made my wedding a night no one will ever forget. From the older crowd to the young people - everyone loved him. I am still getting feedback on him from friends and family weeks after my wedding. For my type A brides out there - I had made a timeline and this man followed it to a T. I don't know if there is a more experienced DJ in SoCal. I think what sets him apart is the experience he has - he is an expert. I honestly don't remember who I had the pleasure to communicate with (I think Jay. I have horrible memories.) but she was really on point. I saw a deal on a third party website and Eleven Photobooth site as well. The offer expired, but they managed to honor the price. I always do my research before booking. Yeah, Eleven Photo has SOME bad reviews. In all honest, I think it due to the misunderstanding of their policy. All the bad reviews have a common origin. It's either time set up, distances or buying deals from a third party source. I highly recommend calling beforehand to see if everything works out. I had an issue with payment since my school takes a forever to process the payment. Luckily Jay was patient and understanding with it. My event started at 7 pm but the on-site staff came EXTREMELY early. ( I came 1 hour prior also, but she arrived before me.) The Quality of the print was gorgeous. It ended a little early because photo paper ran out. It was all good since many students were satisfied. I was given a USB drive at the end of the night. I thought it was pretty cool and nice. Many people end up requesting for them. The only con I had was photo booth strips running shorts,t and the open air concept booth. (She's a freshman. Never attended Winter Formal.) We never exchange the contact of the photo booth. Upon my arrival to the dance, I saw the same a familiar photo booth company. Guess who it was? Surprise, Surprise. It's Eleven Photobooth back at it again. (My reaction was like LMAO! We were about to recommend the same photo booth.) THRID ENCOUNTERMENT: Winter Formal 2016 Jay and the staffs never fail to my expectations. Once again another successful event. Jay made a mistake on the format late one night and offered to fix it immediately instead of waiting for tomorrow. I was amazed at her work ethics. OMOGOSH!!!! It was late (almost 12 am) and yet she still want to fix it ... WOW!!!! Words can't describe that experience! Bonus: The on-site was cute according to many girls. Overall, I highly recommend this Eleven photo booth. It's the MOST AFFORDABLE price around Orange County with GREAT SERVICE.
