They came out right away to assess the situation, made clear and thoughtful recommendations, and matched us with caregivers who were genuinely excellent. No scrambling, no gaps, they just handled it. Rebecca and Lauren managed everything on the care coordination side, and they were outstanding. Responsive, proactive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. That kind of communication matters enormously when your family is stressed and trying to make good decisions fast. The caregivers themselves were professional, kind, and clearly knew what they were doing. My father was well looked after, and that peace of mind is hard to put a price on. Tanya was so nice to my grandma, was caring, helpful, and just generally so sweet. Grandma and Tanya got along so well!!!!I think my grandma loved Tanya more than me haha! Tanya did an amazing job at changing grandma, feeding her, keeping her calm, and just generally taking care of her. My grandma always looked forward to seeing Tanya! Tanya helped out with so much at the house so I could finally rest while taking care of my grandma. The care team gave me tips and tricks to take better care of my grandma. Tanya and the team always showed up early, and stayed a little late afterword to spend time with grandma chatting with her. Tanya was able to calm grandma down when she was anxious about or in pain. Over the past several months I noticed the change. All the main people were gone and replaced with people who are strictly business. The atmosphere drastically changed. Also, contacted the new main director David about 2 gold bracelets missing from my sister in laws arm and nothing was done, not even a phone call, even though I kept following up with my concern. The whole environment of this placed has changed. Only original people still there are front desk Robin, nurse Alex, Steve & Luis. Won't be surprised to see them gone soon as well. New owners should know how drastically this place has changed and NOT for the better.

Clearly not enough!! Upper management not supportive. Little to no communication between coordinators and Manager of patient services. Resigned within 2 weeks and my friend resigned after 2 days!! Sad. Small wonder they are understaffed!!
