Also, contacted the new main director David about 2 gold bracelets missing from my sister in laws arm and nothing was done, not even a phone call, even though I kept following up with my concern. The whole environment of this placed has changed. Only original people still there are front desk Robin, nurse Alex, Steve & Luis. Won't be surprised to see them gone soon as well. New owners should know how drastically this place has changed and NOT for the better.

Clearly not enough!! Upper management not supportive. Little to no communication between coordinators and Manager of patient services. Resigned within 2 weeks and my friend resigned after 2 days!! Sad. Small wonder they are understaffed!!
