Our family was put in a desperate situation where we needed hospice urgently for our grandmother. We called multiple agencies and luckily had been given Nurse Care Alliance's number. Gigi was understanding and worked diligently to find us a perfect match to care for our sick loved one. Within in a couple of hours, Susan arrived. She was kind, gentle and eager to care for her patient. Susan was the angel we needed in an extremely emotional situation. Gigi ( the owner) worked with us in parallel with the agreement stipulations, confirming we felt comfortable with the details and payment options. In March of 2022 my then 86 year old mother needed assistance after her stay at a skilled nursing facility. Gigi and her team at Nurse Care Alliance were referred to me and I am thankful everyday for that referral. Gigi and her team of caregivers were so kind to us during this difficult time and worked diligently to find the right person to be my mom's caregiver. My mom had dementia so wasn't always the easiest to work with but Gigi didn't let that stop her and found the perfect person for my mom who was with us until the end. Nurse Care Alliance is an amazing agency. I worked with many caregiving agencies over the coarse of my father's illness and NCA was by far the best. Gigi and Tom understood exactly what my family's needs were and sent the perfect caregivers to our home. There were no scheduling issues or cancellations like I experienced from other agencies. The caregivers showed up on time. They were highly skilled, kind, compassionate and loving to my dad and felt like family to me. Because of Nurse Care Alliance I was able to grant my father's wish to stay in his home until the end. In a quick bind to find help for my suddenly disabled mother, Nurse Care Alliance came recommended by the rehab facility she was temporarily staying at. Gigi was extremely understanding with our unique situation and worked with us to compromise for time and rates. In fact, she gave the best rate among the different agencies we spoke to. Tom was also very great to work with and understanding of situations as they came up - ie cancellations on our end, billing errors, etc. At the onset, they help us in looking into various ways such as Veteran's benefits that could benefit my Mother. Susan, our caregiver was very kind, attentive, and did more than just take care of my Mom. The friendship and conversation with my Mom is an added bonus. We would've stuck with Nurse Care Alliance, but my Family is currently intent on taking care of my Mother on our own as she moves into a new home with my Brother. I contacted Gigi on a Friday and she was about to provide my brother with needed in home care Monday morning. It has been two weeks and we are thrilled with the kind, caring attention my brother is gettting. They go above and beyond to provide healthy meals and snacks. He is eating fruits and veggies I could never get him to eat. They also do extra on Sunday mornings to be sure my brother looks extra nice for church.
