On Day 44 of quarantine my daughter had finally had enough and cut her own hair. But do you see…read morehow straight that cut is!?! I have to admit I was proud. Mr. Mike worked with her quite a bit for those scissor skills in OT for weeks and I mean it will grow back... eventually. Thanks to the wonderful speech therapists she was able to tell me it was because her hair was, "too big". We have been coming here for over a year and everyone from the office staff to the therapists have always been fantastic and we have seen great improvements in both areas since she began therapy here. If your child ever needs any therapy service I highly recommend them!

Their speech therapist Kristina on the other hand was decent. They did not reach out to me to discuss concerns or any issues, the feedback I received from the therapists were completely different. I have called several times, left voicemails, emails and so on and I have been completely ignored. With false accusations like that, that woman has basically blacklisted my children from further treatment from other facilities. If any other special needs parents consider this company, don't. They don't care about their families they service and they are complete cowards.

Rio Vista has been an ABSOLUTE blessing and I accredit it all to the Staff. This journey with my…read moremom has NOT been easy, but all thanks to the Staff who've been apart of our process! My five star review is well deserved given my mom's medical care and needs. I would personally like to thank: Director of Admissions: Brenton for taking my call for two days, answering and explaining things to me! This guy is great.. I mean it! Activities: Starla who has been an absolute pleasure to meet and talk to. One of the most sweetest and loving people I've come across to meet and know. Admissions: Cynthia, Valerie and Sydney for always listening to me, providing so much love and encouragement and also welcoming my mom. You all are so sweet. Business Management: Serina and Janil who were very instrumental, patient, great listeners and persistent about my mom's long term care. I spent alot of time with these two and could NOT have done this without you..seriously. Case Manager: These two went above and beyond on behalf of my mom. I definitely spent alot of time with these two ladies (tears and all). Starla, who understood, and could relate! Thank you so much for being there for me, and supplying the chocolate lol. You have blessed my whole life through your support and compassion. Lucia, thank you for caring and making yourself available always, especially when I needed you. CNA / Nurses: Amber, Alex, Barb, Bebe, Breanna, Coretta, Danita, Destiny, Josephine, Katie, Mia, Melanie, Selina, Sarafina, Shelly, Sydney, and Tameka - We've laughed, we've joked, we've endured patience lol, I've cried many many times.. but you've listened, you've supported, you've encouraged and you've cared. We could not have gotten this far without the extension of your grace, your patience, your compassion and your kindness. Concierge: Sammy who works so hard, running around consistently taking care of things. You've always made time for me with any questions or concerns. Thank you girl! Director of Nursing / Administrator: Megan, Maddie and Tammy who are always the nicest, smiling, took care of all the things we needed and always available whenever I needed them. Front Desk: Lina, Darlene, JD and Taylor for always being my welcoming party whenever I call and my friendly faces when I visit. Medical: Harry who and played a key role in our process and pushed me in the right direction in my mom's long term care. It was all possible because of you! Meghan who is amazing and stayed on top of EVERYTHING for my mom's medical and transport. These two are a dynamic duo! Keepers for sure. Thank you all for ALL YOU DO!!!

ew If I could leave negative stars, I would. My friend was…read moresent over to their facilty last Thursday from Banner. Our friend is uninsured, so Banner provided a temporary stay of rehab for him to hopefully get stronger before leaving out of state with family. This place is awful in should be investigated. Went to see patient on saturday. Brought him new clothes and toiletries to bathe and razors. He is NPO so nothing by mouth. He has a Peg tube for feeds and on formula after suffering a stroke. When i arrived, he had water on his bedside table. CNA even told me that she looked for a breakfast tray for him that day until she found out he was NPO. No sign on door or above bed to indicate that. I spoke with the nurse at med cart. Asked to make sure his wallet with a little over $400 in it and his phone was brought over with him from hospital. She did have them, but argued they belong to another patient. I said no they are mislabeled, those are his things. Once I firmly suggest they contact hospital see to verify what he was sent with is when she finally labeled them correctly. The nurse was very rude. Then I filled out with the CNA an inventory list of all the new items I brought for him. Later found out it was no where to be found and his daughter had to do another one. They called his daughter and said he must be out by sep 2 at midnight since thats all banner paid for, or she needed to come up with a pre payment. So his 2 daughter's traveled from 2 states both 1800to2k miles away to pick him up to take him out of state to another facility or my house if needed until they could get him moved. So they asked for him to be ready to pick up. No one did. And upon arriving there, patient didnt looked bathed since admission, 1 call button avail for 2 patients, still had water on his table (which he had drank some) and roommate was raping. Tiffany in admissions and a women in black scrubs refused to help discharge with meds and formula since he was leaving AMA. They demanded to know out addresses and to be told about formula program we would be using. I said I would provide that if they would hand his meds to him and his hospital discharge paper work and med list. They refused. When they couldnt bully his daughter I stepped in as she doesnt know their medical rights and needed an advocate. They didnt like that i called them out on their threats and said i would be turning them into the state. And i asled the nurse, why cant he have his medications? You really are just worried Banner wont pay you for the 2 weeks tou wanted out of this. This sounda like you arent worried or care for the patient. She replied snidely "nope we dont !" They wouldn't print out records. Tiffany said with a smirk "that will take days". Thats when the nurse in black escorted me out. I wasn't threatening anyone, just advocating for the patient. They finally let him have a few meds. Refused to let us take his case of formula that was in his room. It's his and in his room. They cant re use it. So we took it. The floor nurse refused to help get him ready or in a wheel chair. Leaving 1 cna doing the lifting in a patient that would require 2 aids to do. We finally got him into his daughter's car. This place is filthy. They hire the worst of the worst. I will be turning into every govt agency for the neglect of his wayer, call button bathing, and refusing to put him on a commode to use the rest room from Thursday to Wed he had no bath. Just wiped down with wipes. You know how bad a place is when the patient has 2 estranged daughters he hasn't seen in 17 to 20 year, put their life on hold to pull him out driving across country. The hospital who sent him there is now aware and will not be using them.

0 stars if I could!!!! This place is the worst office I have…read moreEVER encountered! Do yourself and your child a favor and find abetter clinic. Your child and your family deserve better. The staff has such terrible attendance that there is so much inconsistency for your child. You will not get a BCBA they will pass you off to any available ACS that doesn't know shit! At first we were passed off to Angela, she made toileting so aversive my daughter no longer wants anything to do with potty training. When I approached a conversation with Angela about the staff being inconsistent she went off on me saying it wasn't her responsibility and got so defensive when there was no need. Next we were placed with a BCBA by the name of Aimee she was wonderful but left due to the terrible management. We were then passed off to Alycia not only do I despise her as a human being, but she took out anger that she had regarding my and her conversations out on my child. The RBT that used to work with my child told me if Alycia got into an argument with me she would directly take it out on my child! She has the worst speech impediment. I have ever heard in my entire life, and she thinks she knows everything, but she doesn't know shit. She will not take any of your concerns as a parent into consideration, she thinks she knows best when she really doesn't know anything. I do not understand how someone like. This can be in a position to take care of a case for a child, who already has mental issues. This place is so overcrowded with children and adults. It is absolutely ridiculous. When it's convenient for them, they will cancel you, but when you have to call out because your child is ill, it's not ok for them because they lose money. My child was left in a soil diaper so bad that she had a rash and upon talking to Alycia she sent me an email stating that the office apologize this. How much bullshit is that!? They were also toilet training, my daughter, and they had soiled clothing in with her snacks in the same bag, covering everything. It was absolutely horrifying and disgusting. Lia is the clinical director and is completely clueless not only is her speech, impediment worse than Alycia but you can't even understand what she says. I will never ever refer anyone to a clinic like this. Not to mention the front desk is a hot mess. They don't know what they're doing. They don't know anything. They are not responsible for anything other than scheduling, but yet they are always unprofessional. The front desk receptionist is always crying and can never give it together. I reached out to Amanda, who is supposed to be another director for this office who had no idea that any of this was going on. Of course, she doesn't know what's going on. She's not in the clinic. When Blue Sprig has a clinical Director visiting. They cancel bunch of patients so that it makes it seem that they have everything put together in place. This place is dirty, or I shall say filthy, they never clean. There is too many people. It is absolutely horrifying. Do not bring your child here!

My child just graduated in July 2025 but that would have never happened unless his current team fought for him. My child has been a challenge kid and there were only a few staff that wanted the challenge of taking on my son. When Noah was moved to in center, he had many challenges especially his BCBA's and tech's I was reluctant switching from Alycia to Haley during one family guidance. As my family in started a new journey, I noticed the changes in my child immediately. Haley and team fought for two years to get him to a point where he could express his words and use nice hands. We as a family were faced with unbelievable challenge, but his team fought for him constantly for 2 years between staff call outs, staff abuse and staff doubt. My child persevered beyond anyone's expectations especially because with the director's behavior. She would call us out of therapy because of staffing but my child was always number one call out till I spoke up. There was one incident where his BCBA was out and the director put my son in an unauthorized hold which in turn made him never want to go back to therapy. Yes, I got a call but later found out the truth from staff(techs) that she didn't follow his plan. She put him in a hold due to wanting to turn off the lights which in my opinion could of been handled a lot differently. This Director and I have gone head-to-head several times through chat. The whole center gets hand, foot and mouth but we get in trouble for attendance. We spend a lot of our time getting in trouble for attendance. When is the child going to be worth more than a paycheck from the insurance. Lia would threaten about attending family guidance but in two years she never showed up to family guidance. She was never involved in any aspect of my son's therapy but would insert her opinion every day without even knowing what is going on with my child. The director is nice to your face but fake and terrorizes your child and family without anyone knowing. Techs would tell me about the Director wanting to switch him rooms AGAIN which didn't make sense to put in a room all day with a screaming kid. Noah hates loud noises. Her decisions only made sense to her, and I thank God every day his staff would stand up for his wellbeing. Lia Becktold is the most unreliable, unprofessional and always pretending to care about my kid. PS techs tell us everything. She is unprofessional and needs to be fired. I am not the first family to say something and all the families I have referred are ready to leave. I work in a profession along with my mother where we have referred numerous families to Blue Sprig. We can't do that anymore.
