We stopped in on our way home from the south. I enjoyed a local lager. We got cod fillets and haddock bites. Both entrees came with zuppa toscana soup. The fish and the soup were both delicious. Very good wait service and a nice decor. read more

Group dined here this evening, table enjoyed omelets, quesadilla, and tenderloin (which was only disappointment.) place was busy and took awhile for meals to come out. Steep front steps beware! No ramp. read more

We really enjoyed our time at AllyCatz GrubHouse. All four of us chose something different from the menu and we were all very satisfied with the delicious food. Our waitress was very accommodating and made sure we had whatever we needed. We will be back. Next time I will try something from the breakfast menu that they serve all day!! read more

I ordered pizza for carryout tonight for the first time tonight. First sight, looks good, but the cheese is only slightly caramelized around the edge while white and barely melted in the center. Who takes a pizza out of an oven and places it in a box in this condition? The crust on the outside appears golden brown, and nicely crisp. The center, however, upon transferring a slice to a plate, is dreadfully undercooked. Soggy and doughy, under the toppings, this pie is not off to a good start. This was the All-Meat in 16" with the thick crust. The toppings, while plentiful and evenly distributed, in the center of the pie, are barely warm. It appears that the sausage was pre-cooked, so we dug in. The pizza was good, crust - where crunchy - was very good. I just despise a pizza that is undercooked and mushy. Popped it in the oven, but the crust failed to crisp up. Recommendation is to call your order in and request that your pizza feature toasty, golden cheese, and a fully-cooked, well-formed, crispy crust. read more

Service, food and atmosphere were great. We stopped for lunch as we were passing through to MN. My dad said his taco salad was the "best he's ever had". I had a wrap that was delish and my salad was so fresh! My mom had burger and fries and she liked the fried pickles on her burger. Went here on a Friday night and it was fairly busy but service was still great. Got the appetizer sampler lid and it fed three people pretty well. Stopped in for food on out road trip this weekend and was pleasantly surprised with Allycatz. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Place was clean and comfortable. Lots of TVs for watching sports and very family friendly. Great menu and we all ordered different meals and all four of us had great food. Must be owned by a chef because the offerings were not like what can be found on typical small town bar menu ... wish we lived closer to this place. read more

By far my favorite restaurant in the Cedar Valley area. The 107 burger or chicken is my go-to. And my daughter loves the pancakes. Service is somewhat slower than other places but far better food makes it worth it and therefore, we keep going back. read more

Ordered takeout from here twice and my first burger (barn burger) was not what I expected. The onions on it tasted pickled and the buffalo sauce was just straight up hot sauce not even the hot kind. I actually ended up tossing the burger and eating just the cheese curds which were good. My second burger (up in smoke) was missing the onion rings which I was looking forward too. It was still an okay burger but the onion rings would've pulled all the flavors together. The fried mushrooms were really good and so was the Mac and cheese. It seems like they're more concerned with how the sides/appetizers turn out than the main dish. read more

Love the food but every time come in to either pick up or eat in there is a huge wait. Tonight's ordered they Messed up and they ordered a burger when should have been chicken when we called over the phone. Lady was very rude and said if you want it changed then you will have to wait. They also said well you should have ordered online. We explained 2 times that it wasn't working online. Order to be done at 7 not done til 730. By they way we order at 4. Talked to owner and was very rude when I brought to his attention and he said we know it is a problem but we are in a small town and working on it but we have a lot of orders to fill. I said maybe you shouldn't take so many orders then he told me not to tell him how to run his business and walked away from me. I got no Sorry what so ever. Went to car to check order forgot to give us a complete sandwich and Fries and chicken wings were very over cooked. Went back in and the ladies attitude completely changed and had my order of chicken recooked. But rest of food got cold by then. read more
