I ordered flowers for my aunts birthday which was 08/09. AND she had just got out the hospital Friday the 7th from having her shoulder replaced. I was told via email they would be delivered on the 8th. I called the 8th and left a voicemail. No call back. I called again today Monday the 10th. The first time left another voicemail. No call back. Called back a third time. Someone answered and told me that the only way they could look up my order was through an order#. No other qualifying info could bring up my order and it would take a couple hours when the delivery driver got back because he was the only one who could look it up. I was going through a medical crisis of my own and was in the er when I made the call and was unable to look up the order number. The flowers finally arrived. And since I don't live in the same state as my aunt I asked her to send me a picture of them. They looked like total crap. Compared to the pic that was advertised it looked like they were thrown together. I paid $73 for a flower arrangement and $19 for delivery for a crappy product and late delivery. 1 star is too good of a review for this place. I was charged $18.85 for a delivery fee. The flowers were never delivered due to the driver being afraid of the dog, which I get. The dog has an electric fence which is way before the mailbox. There is also a sign to put all deliveries in the mailbox, but I guess reading too hard for some people. The driver did not even have to get out of the car to put them in the mailbox. After calling they refused to return my money for delivery even though they were not delivered and had to go be picked up. read more

I ordered Valentine's flowers for my daughter (a tradition I've kept for 26 years) and specifically chose this business because it appeared to be a local florist near her home. After placing the order ($106 for 6 roses), I was told the address was "an hour away" and charged an additional $15 delivery fee. I later discovered the business is actually based in Ohio, not local at all. The flowers were NOT delivered on February 13th as promised. Days went by with no delivery and no communication. After multiple calls and emails with no response, flowers finally arrived on February 18th -- and they were not what I ordered. To make matters worse, the delivery was completed by a real local florist located less than 2 miles from the recipient, making the $15 "distance" charge completely misleading. There's a review below mine that absolutely sums up exactly what these people are. They are an order collecting service that takes a commissions and sells orders to ACTUAL local florists. In my case, I spent $216.60 on a mother's day arrangement, and all my mother in law got was 12 roses. I called the ACTUAL florist whose name was on the card, and they told me they had tried to reach out to Allysons several times and been hung up on repeatedly when they told them they hadn't been sent enough money to fulfill the order I made (They only gave the florist $130 of the $216 I spent). When I called Allysons, I pretended to be a new customer to ask about this arrangement, and ask exactly how many stems I would get of each flower (roses and Lillies), and after she told me, I confessed that I was not a new customer, I had already purchase this arrangement, and did not receive what was promised online or over the phone just now. She then seemed really upset that I had tricked her (imagine that, a scammer upset she got tricked) and hung up on me. When I called back, she told me she didn't like me (LOL) and hung up again. Now she won't even answer. Allysons will appears in your search results in any town anywhere in the US. They are nothing more than scammers who pocket more than their fair commission and strap small local florists with an inability to deliver a quality order. They are not BBB accredited. They intentionally don't have yelp listings in all the places they claim to be. And there is no google listing. I ordered a specific Christmas arrangement with white and red tulips, pine cones and "real" peppermint candy canes. The arrangement that was sent was white tulips and red carnations - plastic candy canes - no pine cones. I did not receive what I paid for - carnations are an inexpensive flower and to use them as a substitute for red tulips is a rip off especially for the monies paid. VERY disappointed!!! read more

I ordered a plant to be delivered to a memorial for a family member. I was at the funeral service and know that it never arrived. It was very embarrassing for me. Following advice on the website, I contacted their customer service to notify them that the order was never completed. They never even responded to my email. Words can not describe the embarrassment and hurt I experienced from choosing this company to deliver flowers to a family member. The representative of the shop pretends they are in the area and can deliver your selection on time. They didn't deliver our arrangement and did not indicate that in a voicemail only telling me to call them back. Ultimately after looking at reviews I discovered they are based in Ohio and out source the flowers to a local florist of the address you provide, and many say no to their request. After numerous attempts I finally reached Kathy and she indicated they needed an additional $25.00 to get the flowers delivered, which I would have paid. Due to work I couldn't make the services, and wanted to make sure my family sent something to celebrate a 96 year old woman that meant everything to me and my siblings. Had a out of town funeral at Jenkins Funeral Home for my friends mother. Ordered a large arrangement on a metal stand for $135, just asked to be nice. My friend just sent me a pic and I got to say it was really impressive. She also said it was by far the nicest thing that was there. Very colorful with a lot of large lilies and other flowers she didn't know but liked. I can't thank Allyson enough for doing this last minute and sounds like went way over the top. Out here in Irvine would have cost twice as much so obviously I'm very happy with value. Im gong to call them on Monday to see if they deliver other places and how all that works for my boss. She orders flowers all the time and if you can find a good place, it's something to stick with. read more

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I initially payed $115 to have a bouquet delivered to key largo and I get a call from Cathy the on Saturday 5/9 (the day before my bouquet was supposed to be delivered) telling me that the address was to far away (about 40 mins) and that I needed to pay an extra $15 for delivery. I was hesitant at first because I believed this is something that should've been noticed at check out but I paid the $15 and thought this was over with. Well I was wrong, I received a call (with no caller ID) at 12 pm on Mother's Day (day of delivery) with Cathy telling me that they looked at the address again and it's an hour away which is to far so they need to cancel my order. I voiced my concerns on how we resolved this issue yesterday and I paid what is not $35 in shipping for this exact reason. She had no solution for me, told me that the order was canceled and HUNG UP. I couldn't get another word in. Now I have nothing to give my mother in law for Mother's Day because my gift was canceled MID DAY and it was supposed to be delivered from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. I never leave reviews but this situation irked me in a way that I felt inspired so no one goes through the same thing I did. I sent flowers online as the website says this is best (1-29), my credit card charged and they were not delivered. 1-31 I sent an online message and called. No response. Feb 1 I talked to someone that needed the order number and I'd be called from a "No Caller ID" number from Kathy. Kathy said she apologizes but the florist advertised in the area was "under construction"and her florist is over an hour a way, she'd tried to call me multiple times and they tried to find another florist, but couldn't. I told her I have not been called and I have a business and phone that is answered 24 hours a day. I told her that couldn't be true, what my efforts were and she spoke in a belligerent, loud (I took the phone from my ear) and hung up. To look closer at this ND listing and YELP. This website has many addresses in many states with the same 866-673-4847 number that and poor service. The harm caused by this service is beyond disappointment for the occasion that has passed. Beautiful flowers, arrived on time, and were spot on as shown on the website. I read some awful reviews, but I will tell you that this florist is legit, and I would not hesitate to order through them again. And by the way, I did call their 1-800 # because the reviews had me so worried, I got an answer and talked to a nice gentleman who asked for my order #, then reassured me by reading the recipients name and the time of his funeral. all I can tell you is this is a terrible company with an even worse person in charge. They will lie and tell you all kinds of garbage, trucks broke down, etc. Hire them at your own risk. Beware: These people are scammers and thieves. Their false advertising leads you to believe it's a local company. I paid $109 to upgrade to a large live plant for a funeral. I was extremely embarrassed by what was delivered and called the actual local florist whose card was on the plant. They told me Allyson's gave them $69. Even then, it was an extremely small live plant for $69. The plant measured less than they claim is their $49.99 small. I asked for the price difference refunded but of course have been denied and lied to. There's many BBB complaints against them for the same practices. read more

I ordered a nice floral arrangement online with this vendor. The flowers I ordered was for Mom on mother's day. Nice arrangement online. Even posted in comments of their website , that I advise my family to take pics, to ensure they received the flowers I ordered or similar to. IThe flower my mother received did not match the flowers in anyway. They stuck them in a glass vase. No ribbon to accent the bad arrangement. Talk with several times to correct this or refund me. We played phone tagged most of the time. They are calling off the internet, which bypass my phone to voicemail. I sent a picture of what I ordered and what my mother received to them as requested. Kept telling me they were sorry and was looking into it. My opinion they exhaust you from the phone conversation over the weeks. They won. I no longer call them. I search online, how as a client I can make them redo or refund me. The best response I got was to send the receiver a picture of what I order, and if it is not close to it, have them reject the delivery. Too late for me now.
