This park by crime statistics is one of the worst areas to live in here in Mesa.. we should have a guard at the gate considering what we pay in lot rent. Vehicles have been stolen. Homes broken into, people using the pool bathroom showers that don't live here. Pay me.. ill stay home and man the gates and shower house. I won't just sit on my ass and play on my phone like the current secretary. Something definitely needs to be done. And... when next year rolls around, we can all expect a raise in lot rent. For what?

Also the condo association does a great job of keeping the complex clean, quiet and updated. Working with Dave the property manager is really easy and they are really responsive to concerns. I'm a snow bird and I notice the units are generally occupied by younger working people which is fine, but different than my demographic. People are friendly and helpful to a snow bird. Also, the monthly HOA fee is very low for all the facilities that are available: pools, hot tub, basketball and racquetball courts and bike storage etc. I haven't lived in a HOA for much of my life so I am getting used to all the rules, but nothing has been too burdensome. The HOA locks the gate closest to my unit after 6 pm on weeknights which makes for extra driving when returning after 6 pm. However, I understand the extra security because I have seen some sketchy people in the area and the HOA feels very safe and quiet. If I lived in AZ full time, then I would probably buy a house or condo in a nicer location, but given my part time status Circle Tree Condos are great and meet my needs.

Pool and public areas have rules that you need to play by. But trust me, I've lived places after where the HOA let anyone get away with anything and it was a nightmare. I appreciated the fines people got for breaking rules. Guess what? No one wants to hear you at the pool after 10 pm when we have work the next morning, or have you park in the wrong space or blast your music. Shut the hell up and get back in your apartment. Yes, I reported so many and I loved it! The buildings are a little older but they do their best to take care of something if it needs attention. Also, the neighborhood is a little scetchy but they have codes and gates that keep you safe. They also have 24-7 security which takes good care of the area. Specifically surrounding noise complaints, they're on! They're also very good about communication. If something is going on regarding maintenance, or events, they are good at telling you in advance. The people there were pretty nice. Lower income mostly, but super friendly. A lot if families with kids or retired older people. Good part is the condos are located right next to the freeway if you need to get anywhere fast.

I have been associated with this place for over 40 years and seen the ups and downs over the years. And while I don't live here anymore, I do visit frequently. As a result, I have watched every swing get broken and not repaired, there is glass broken in the play area regularly, not cleaned out, and a lot of things that be repainted or repaired pretty inexpensively. It's just a shame really. We use McDonald's playgrounds to play, they are indoors and cleaned.

This park is directly across from Arizona Mills Mall and just next to the 60 freeway. Plenty of nearby food options, places to work, shop, etc. Over the years, management has changed a couple of times but the park has stayed clean. The park, the pools, and the grounds are well-maintained. Neighbors come and go, but the people I have met over the years have all been friendly and sociable. Nice little community. One word of caution to visitors - do not leave your vehicle parked on any street within the park after 10 PM. Park in a driveway or designated visitor space or your vehicle will be towed.

There are private offices still being built out as of this visit; but there wasn't any of construction noise. They provide the usuals for guests: coffee tea creamers and access to some snacks it looks like. The wifi is strong. Lots and lots of seating and tables in the common area. The managers of this park feel like they have a right to make up the rules as they go along. One minute, you'll be told about how much freedom and independence there is in making your own decisions here - then suddenly, understanding why I wasn't allowed to do something was difficult because it seemed like each time we were given permission for one thing their would always be another rule put into place telling us not to do so many other things anymore!

She listens to all of our comments and finds the best solution to satisfy both corporate owners and the people in this community. Very professional in all she does. The park itself is getting upgraded on a continuous basis.. New homes are coming in to replace where much older homes have been taken away for our safetty. Our clubhouse is now home to the office making it easy to connect. Mailroom & laundry room are being repaired after a water leak! I (we) couldn't be happier with Jaime's commitment to us and our community. She has made the transition from a 55+ park to an All age park, easy to understand.
