They told me the tech would text me 30 mins prior to arrival and my window was 8am-11am. I received a text from Angel around 9am and he and the other tech were at our place in 25 minutes. So far so good. I showed/explained our unit and Angel began a pretty intense inspection of our ducts/system with pictures. He advised the condition and what he thought would be a good plan. He didn't pressure or try to upsell anything, just advice. I believe if we went with the standard straight forward duct cleaning he would have performed it in the same manner. We chose deep clean and sanitization as our vents did have construction debris (YUP) way down the line as well as other things we saw in the pictures that we felt should be done fully and sanitized as well. They were extremely efficient and you didn't know they were there other than the hum of their tools. Start to finish took maybe 90-120 minutes and he showed after pics of each vent/return. At the end he gave us advice on our filter, pointed out an air gap from the installation that I took care of as well as pointing out that our outdoor unit MAY have a fan issue. Called our a/c guy and it certainly did!!!! We will DEFINITELY use them for future cleanings.

They gave me a quote of $490.00 for 14 vents. The service guy shows up and before even looking in…read moremy vents he states that my vents will between $45-$55, not $35.00 because I probably have more dirt inside the vents. I contacted the manager Thomas who stated they don't give estimates over the phone they always come out first, but that was never offered. Since they record all the calls, I told him to listen to the original call. A little while later he called me and asked me to do him a favor not to write the review. I declined. After about 10 minutes, they send me a text offering me $100.00 for the inconvenience. It felt more like they were offering me the money not to write the review. For some reason my original review with more detailed information was deleted. They did respond to the review stating that someone would be following up within 48 hours but that never happened either. They were very unprofessional and I would not recommend them.

This guy is amazing , courteous and knowledgeable my husband had some of the piping he needed and helped him so we understood what was going in. Our unit is fairly new so he again was spot on in servicing our needs. Great experience from start to finish. Technician was timely, courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. Price was reasonable. Couldn't ask for better. Great company 8/4/23 Ok..something else was not right. Lost all air by 12:00PM. Called Alan's air again and a tech came out dinner time. Matt was amazing. We apparently had a leak in our unit and it lost all the freon. They system would have froze up and cost us a lot more $$. Again, Matt was professional and on point. You guys are the best Thank you!!
