Celebrated my birthday at Almost Famous with my girlfriends and I must say the ambience is so chic and the overall experience was amazing! I tried the biscuits with gravy and let's just say the portion and taste both had me so happy! There was a smoky touch which made the biscuits so good! Service was prompt and so good, I had a great time! Highly recommend trying out the brunch in the day or cocktails at night! Such a nice place!

Oh my gosh, so awesome and probably one of the best espresso martinis I've ever had. We came here after a recommendation from our server at The Fountain Room, and to our surprise it was a fun Halloween pop up! We got lucky and found seating as a walk in, and we loved the Halloween vibes and decor. The place itself is quaint and cozy, and you can tell they definitely take the quality of their drinks seriously. As stated before, my espresso martini was wonderful. I'm still thinking about it 2 months later! I also love that they're a coffee shop as well, I'd be here pretty regularly if I was an Indy local. So happy we stopped by!

I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit! They had their sippin' Santa popup with super cute tiki drinks. Very cutely decorated! (This was several weeks ago so not sure it's still up or not!) The food! They have an AMAZING happy hour deal, 2 small bites for $15. EVERYTHING was delicious. Definitely get the basque cheesecake and the setas! I will definitely be back to try more items.

We stopped in because we ended up finding a parking spot in front of the place and I was in the mood for coffee, while my husband wanted a cocktail so it was the perfect place! We found a spot at the bar. The place was very intimate and small, but not crowded. There's a decent stage, so I'm curious what types of events they have! Again, I wanted coffee so I was excited to try the Shakerato, which was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back to try other drinks and the food.

I've had 3 fun experiences here; and two of the best mocktails anywhere in Indy and they were just as good as any other drink I've had I'm a big fan of almost famous the environment the DJs bartenders are cool all in all a very good place to come hang out and no I don't believe in punctuation.

This was my first visit. Love the space. Great drinks and the service was friendly and speedy. Looking forward to going back when we can hang out longer.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Almost Famous! My best friend and I cannot be swayed in our decision that they make the best espresso martinis in Indianapolis. They are always perfect. We stopped in here late on a Saturday night and they were playing Supernatural on the projector screen on stage (my favorite comfort show) and my bestie and I had some dirty martinis + espresso martinis while our counterparts split a bottle of Prosecco. Every time we stop at Almost Famous I have a great time. The bathroom decor is also super fun and I always crack up at the Michael Scott quote that is in both bathrooms. I wholeheartedly recommend this bar to anyone who hasn't already tried them! My next mission is to stop in here during their brunch hours...

This spot is just off the creek, with a decent parking lot and a drive through. It has a deeper warmer green than a Starbucks, and it draws a much warmer crowd too. We chatted often with the people in this shop! And we visited twice. How welcoming is that? The breakfast burrito is nothing flashy, but definitely warm gooey goodness. What sets it apart is the sauce: creamy, gently spiced, something like a seasoned mayo but not spicy. Coffee, of course, is the backbone here, and it's handled with a kind of calm precision. Our barista kindly alerted my partner and me that a warm blueberry latte would have oatmeal because of course the blueberry curdles regular milk. It was great attention to detail, and it's why we came back again and again during our week long trip. They had a special for every day! Shout out to the orange blossom latte which made me feel like a fairy amidst the city's tulips.

Once I got up to the pick up window, things went faster but I think I should have just gone in and it would have actually been faster than the drive thru. The coffee was ok. I ordered a seasonal bonfire cold brew and it was way too sweet for my liking. I also didn't really care for the taste of the cold brew unfortunately. And since the menu didn't have descriptions of what was in things, I basically guessed this would taste like a s'more and was correct. It was just too much for me and I only ended up drinking half of it.

It's also kind of warm - they had a bunch of loud fans going. I don't know if that's just because it's summertime and the building is old and harder to cool or if they had water damage from all the rain and are drying out. It didn't bother me but noting that in case it does bother others.

It is the sort of place that feels special the moment you walk in. A lot of people rave about the beautiful space, and quite right too. The staff always boast a delightful disposition that makes you want to smile and enjoy the rest of your day as well. As for the coffee, I love the iced Mayan Mocha. It is like a mocha with a kick and extra flavour depth, and it is absolutely delicious. The dark chocolate, honey, cinnamon, and cayenne give it a little warmth and complexity without losing the joy of a proper iced coffee treat. They also have some really high-end pastries to choose from. I love the lemon loaf, and some of the more complex, unique pastries make it feel a bit more elevated than the average coffee stop.
