Sea bass was perfectly cooked. Seared and crusted with salt and pepper on one side, simple. Well executed but nothing special. For dessert I went with the Strawberry dacquoise which was delicious. The white chocolate bark with pink peppercorn stole the show. It should be layered inside the dessert! I wanted more of it. Our server apologized and said the hostess likely didn't realize what had been happening and was under stress.
