I just tried this car wash for the first time and I'm not impressed I'm sure it works well if the machine didn't drip residual suds on the top of my car as the dryer was going over. I had to stop and buy a bottle of water to rinse the suds off to prevent spots. I think I'll stick to the old fashioned hand wash. Update: I was recently given an opportunity to try the car wash out again because they fixed the issue. I'm quite happy with the results. The machine no longer drips suds while it's blow drying. Went to wash my car on 10/01/2019 A car wash part was ok! Nothing impress for 16. Dollars Then I went to wash my floor mat at cleaning machine supposed to be 1 dollars, I swift my card 2 time to wash all 4 floors mat. This is a pretty great car wash as far as touchless goes. I read some of the reviews and you have to be realistic...you can't go in with a muddy ass car and expect it to look brand new when you're done. This is a way better Touchless Car Wash than anything else in this area. My one and only complaint about this place is being able to get into the car wash. Often times I'll come by and they'll be backed up onto the street sometimes blocking traffic. Obviously this is not the car washes fault rather "inattentive" drivers. I am a little curious as to why they intermittently open and close Lanes randomly while you're sitting there. All in all it's a great car wash service. read more

I prefer a touchless car wash if I don't have the time to wash by hand as it does not leave swirls in your paint like brush car washes will. The Aloha car wash app streamlines the process by letting you purchase a wash ahead of time and then letting you scan your code. The app also has a feedback feature which is nice. This is a great touch free car wash and I love coming here but......the last time I used it the machine took my 10.00 and failed to operate the car wash. I tried to call the customer service number but the mailbox was full. So either pay by credit card and I think you are safe but what bugs me is that if something goes wrong there is no one on site to help you and no number to call to get the money back. A concerned customer! Wow a person called me about my issue I had at the touchless car wash. He refunded my money and is going to put a local help phone number on the new machines for help so customers can call now when their is a issue. I love going to this car wash even more now!!! We had just started our car wash and it ran down the drivers side and then hit the side of our pick up and stopped working. We stopped where it told us to, we checked for size prior to entering and nothing. It scratch's our new pickup and ripped us off. It just told us to exit. We tried several times to call them, voice box full, wasn't even able to leave a message. I sent a message on messenger but no luck. No email and no where to complain. Poor service. Side note, they did finally send a messenger. They did return my money and set us up for a free wash. read more

I love that this car wash is brushless but depending on the stall you get the quality varies. The biggest problem with this location is the entrance/exit situation. It's opposite normal traffic flow - which is needed for this layout - but people do not pay attention and the arrows need to be repainted. I've witnessed multiple near misses. Avoid this place...it's a ripoff! The vacuum lets you use your credit card to pay. Minimum is $3.00 and then $0.50 per additional minutes. When we tried to add minutes, it charged our card but didn't give us the extra time. We figured we got about $7.50 worth of time but my credit card is currently pending $20.00 from this place. I drove there this morning to utilize the touchless car wash, however there was only 1 lane working (1 was closed). The line was backed up so I decided to head to the gym and come back later. When I did, the line was still backed up. So I ran home and grabbed my wheel brush and wash mitt with the intention of utilizing the self-service lane (I am more comfortable using my own mitt vs their brush, ergonomically and I know my mitt doesn't scratch). I pull into the self-service bay, put in my $10 and the clock starts ticking. Then the attendant (perhaps owner) approaches me to explain he doesn't approve of me using my own brush and mitt. What!?!? He says it'd be like bringing my own food to a restaurant. What!?! Confused, I explained I trust my own mitt and I don't understand why this is a problem. He was getting frustrated. I was getting frustrated as my $10 worth of time is ticking down while he is lecturing me. I said, "Hey, I don't see where you're coming from, we can agree to disagree but the clock is ticking." I was visibly frustrated and he tries to cancel the wash because of my "attitude", but he can't since I paid cash. So he then continues to argue with me. I continue to make the point that it's my money and I can wash the car how I see fit. He then pipes back, "Well, it's my car wash!" It was ludicrous! He finally goes away, reluctantly, after 3 minutes winded down (25% of my total time paid). At last, I was able to start washing my car but I had to rush madly because of the lost time. I will not be back. This is easily one of the most bizarre and maddening experiences I've ever had with a business! Reply in response to Ford W. : It seems the owner is sadly unaware of sound, basic business concepts. When I don't use the equipment in the self-serve bays, it actually saves him variable costs such as water and soap consumption, as well as wear and tear on his brush and overhead swivel mounts. It would have cost me $10 whether I used his equipment or not, so why not let me use my own mitt and wheel brush and save him some overhead costs at the same time? Btw, I had no chemicals or liquid cleaners of any sort. Why would any competent business person argue against a paying customer saving them additional costs? In other words, argue about "profit" when I'm a higher margin customer? Absolutely mind-boggling. read more

I have used this car wash 3 times now and it is excellent. State of the art machines. The car wash is very clean and kept nicely. I really like all the lighting it has because I can only really go after hours when it's dark out so that's a plus. I have ran into the owners son 2 times and he is the definition of customer service. He was very eager to show me why Aloha Car Wash is better than the competition. The car mat washer is excellent and saves you time from having to scrub them. I will make this car wash the only one I use as I live 5 minutes from it. This is a great car wash! We are now weekly customers and love that they now have FOUR touchless wash bays. The one thing I would like to see is to be able to reload wash cards on the website and a bit more of a discount for frequent users. We take 2 cars a week. My favorite car wash! I usually go to car washes where you wash the car yourself because many of the brushes in automated car washes will scratch paint. This place is the perfect compromise! It's definitely worth getting the $16 premium car wash for the extra couple dollars because it will not only clean but protect your car as well! Will be recommending to other people. read more
