Perfunctory work Didn't really try to do a complete job. There was dirt between the door and the car, around the door handles, and next to other trim. Spots on the leather. Didn't dress the leather, which it really needed. There were still large stains on the rim under the hood; we asked them to work on it, but they said they couldn't, as it needs a hard brush to remove and they don't use that. Went home, spent 5 minutes with cleaning wax and it was basically gone. See photo for the before, they wouldn't touch this. This wasn't due to a very dirty car. They allocate 4 hours, but only took a bit over 3 hours, so it's not as if they spent lots of time on other parts. When I got home, I spent about 45 minutes completing the work they didn't do. Overall, a pretty meh job, especially for the price. Not horrible, just meh. read more

We had to go to a car wash after to get the dust/smudges off. Internal - glove compartment wasn't cleaned (tissue/dust inside). The middle console had water inside. The employees left SOMEONE ELSE's belongings in the trunk! We had to drive back to return it. Enployee offered a free re-do service. We refuse to waste more time on a poor service. Pros: friendly staff and easy to book online. But overall Quality is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this business or service. read more

Today is my second time coming here. First experience was good. They took care of minor missed spot & made it great! Today, I'm 100% satisfied. The moment I walked towards my car at the parking lot, my car looked very clean & shiny! It made me happy already. Then, I met Byron & Gabriel (manager). We inspected the car together. I was super impressed. My car was spotless from any dirt, stain, water mark, etc. I couldn't find any flaw. I looked under the seat, between the door, side & under the trunk, side door storage. I bought the interior package only and it took them around 3hrs.. paid $250 with tip... and had to go back because they missed some spots. I thought not a big deal it happens.. they took another hour and didn't even clean up the missed spots but they got my backseat jammed up and stuck so they couldn't get to the spots and didn't offer to repair or give me a discount? I tried to contact the manager or owner on the card and he ghosted me/never responded back to my texts. I recommend paying more for better service and better work elsewhere... read more

I had a great experience with Washpodd. They were able to fit me in last minute on a holiday, and were kind when I arrived a few minutes late due to a toddler diaper emergency. Nathaniel noticed we would need the dog hair add on because we have a Samoyed, which I neglected to mention on the phone when making the appointment - white long hair dog that sheds and we have a dark brown car interior...oops. He seemed concerned about how much they would be able to get done. So I asked if they could just get as much done as possible in the time (~2 hours) and that would be better than nothing. They're set up at a tent in a parking lot so there's not a waiting area FYI but it's right at the mall so I just walked around, although keep in mind most stores don't open til 10am-11am, especially because I was there on a holiday. When I came back they were finishing up and the car looked fantastic. He charged me $215 which felt more than fair considering 1) I was late, 2) my small SUV was more than just a baseline package given the dog hair 3) it was like my car had been fully detailed. They even vacuumed and cleaned our toddler's car seat which was a mess. This is is a great option desperately needed in the area! I drove up from Seattle because otherwise, for an interior car clean, your options are to get your car fully detailed somewhere for $400+ or DIY at Brown Bear - both sucky options when usually I just want a general interior clean that's more thorough than something I could do. I would definitely recommend them (you'll need an appointment) - again, Nathaniel was very gracious, accommodating, kind and definitely underpromised and overdelivered, the sign of a good manager/supervisor on behalf of his team. Love the idea of this service, get your car cleaned while you're at the mall or the movies?! Perfect combo! I have booked here three times. The first time I spent 3-4 hours at the mall (the time given to me was 3 hours) and after not hearing back, went to go check and it had not even been started. I was furious and left. The owner did follow up and gave me a discount for the next cleaning which was my daughter's car. I would give that an experience a 4 star. Clean but not sparkling. This last time I took my husbands truck and it will be the last time. Waiting almost 4 hours and didn't hear anything so went to check and they were still working on the outside. Once they saw me they rushed the job and a drive through car wash could have done better. There was dirt and debris under the seats and in the back seat. Value is good I guess but not for the amount of time and it takes and the finished product isn't worth much at all. read more

Not great. I went here for the first time and my car still had visible gunk left on the console and around the cup holders. The floors also weren't vacuumed adequately and it isn't like my car was a total mess to start with either. Dust was still very visible and easy to wipe off around my moonroof, the gear shift, etc. I've had significantly better detailing jobs done in Denver for less than 1/2 the price of this place. Just bizarre. They don't respond to emails apparently, so I'm leaving this review. Also didn't like that they left my car running with the keys in the ignition unattended in the Alderwood mall garage. Anyone could hop in and drive off with it. read more

My car hasn't been deep cleaned since I've gotten it (about 6 years) and it was spotless when I picked it up! It feels great to have a clean car again thanks to Byron! The pricing was the best out of all the other places I looked and wow it truly makes a difference a One hour and small fee later and you walk away with the cleanest car ever. I had never had my car detailed before because of the high cost I often associate with it, but this experience was well worth the price--the Washpodd team did a great job!! Our old VW Jetta was long overdue for a cleaning, because it had actual moss growing on its window cracks and their team thoroughly cleaned the car, warning of more time needed to handle the miss (okay with me), and they did not ask for more money despite the extra work ( though I tipped them of course). Got the Detailed Max as a first time customer here and my car looks great! My interior has been starting to feel very dusty and regular cleaning methods didn't feel like they were doing much but leaving streaks. The price is a bit high, but since they got rid of all the dirt and grime in places that I haven't been able to do myself (around the trunk hinges), I think it was definitely worth it! I stopped in today to see if they could fit me in. The guy said they could do an exterior but no longer offer any basic services because the manager said they can't offer that service anymore. He agreed to do my F-150 for $100 and three hours later I came back to find a terrible attempt at a car wash. None of the wheels were done and they are a basic 5 spoke wheels. They missed spots on the corners, handles, mirrors, lights, etc. If they didn't have time I wish they would've just turned me away. Update: Gustavo (owner) reached out to me immediately to fix the situation. He was very kind and wanted to make the situation right. He offered to touch up and clean anything that was missed. I appreciate someone who genuinely cares about their customers like he does. The only advice I would give to future customers is to schedule ahead of time so the job isn't rushed. read more

They were very nice when I dropped off and picked up my car. However, I feel that the finished product wasn't amazing. I got the detail max and there were certain areas that were untouched. Also be sure to not leave anything in your car even if it should stay in there. I also drove off without a floor mat and some other car related items like my sun reflector for my windshield. They're pretty good! I got their max service for $300, which is actually a pretty good value compared to other detail services. There was a small stain on my front seat, which I didn't point out, that their service cleaned up! The only reason I'm not at a five star is because I specifically pointed out sap on the car as something I wanted them to get at since sap can screw up the paint. When I checked the car upon pick-up, there were three or four pretty big sap drips left. I pointed them out and he cleaned them up on the spot, which was great. I found one more when I got home though :( (I didn't see it because my car was in the parking garage when I packed it up and it was dark). There was also some grime on both front windows above the side view mirrors that I didn't notice before leaving (again, dark garage). If I hadn't pointed out something specific that then wasn't fully attended to, would have easily been a 5 read more

He really has a passion and commitment to his customers. As for the service, he and his coworker did an AMAZING job on my interior. I have two dogs that has left fur and stains all around.
