At first, I was happy (ish) with my car wash results so I bought a 10 wash punch card. I'm not exactly sure what changed but I don't see much soap and the green and purple formula is no longer there. I have to wipe my car with a microfiber towel and the towel ends up black. still bug splats all over my window. Not much of a car wash but does rinse the dust off. After this punch card, I'll look for a different option. read more

I decided to give this place another go after a nice message from the owner about how certain factors can affect the outcome of a wash and I swear my second time was worse. Since it wasn't hot out like my initial wash, there was a lot more water on my car after the drying phase, and same as last time, a bunch of water ran all over my car AFTER the $16 super-duper wash ended. The hood, roof, and especially my rear window were still very wet. Even after driving all the way home, lots of water everywhere. There's nothing special about me or my car. I'm an average guy with an average car. There are hundreds of vehicles that are exactly like mine. There's no reason why a car wash shouldn't be able to clean and dry my car better. $10 for the wash alone might be ok, but $16 for the not-so-good top package is not a good value. I tried getting some pics, but it was dark and it's not easy for me to show all the water droplets under street lights. $32 wasted on the top package is enough proof for me. That style of car wash is too ridiculous and chince for me. I can wash and not dry my car at home. read more

Really like this car wash. Would give it five stars but the reason for the 4 stars is because this is the first car wash where you pay a fee for the wash (more on the pricy end) if you get the shine coat and then you also have to pay to vacuum a separate fee. In San Diego i use to pay a fee for the wash and vacuum all in one and it was a more reasonable price and also they provided clean cloths to dry your car. This place you pay a fee for every single thing so the price can really add up. read more

The vacuums never work. My card was just charged 4x and the vacuums didn't even turn in. This is a recurring problem at this place, and there's no staff so you have to then dispute the problems with your bank. save your money and go elsewhere!! read more

Washed my Tesla Model 3 here. The chemicals are quite caustic, and weren't rinsed off very well. Within 3 days, off-color spots began to appear on the trim that looked like it was corroding! The car was brand new, only about a week since I took delivery, so I called Tesla to have them look at it. They rinsed and dried the trim, then used a Magic Eraser to remove the discoloration, and advised me to not use the same touchless car wash location. Other cars may be fine, if they have different materials / finishes than the black trim on a Tesla, but I won't bring that car back there ever again. read more

UPDATED REVIEW: The way my previous experience was handled was top notch. I came today (one of the few sunny days we've had lately) and the place is packed. The owner came by and handed out car air fresheners and took the time to say hi to everyone waiting. All stations are working and he is making sure they stay that way. The truck came out looking beautiful and I will keep driving from Lake Stevens for this service! No worry about scratches from brushes and the car comes out looking brand new! Highly recommend this place for car washes! I love this place usually, it is frustrating when one of the machines didn't work so i couldn't use my gift card and had to use my credit card for the expensive package and then the machine didn't work, no cleaner, no polish, and it didn't clean the truck. Had to go through another stall and got it to work but had to pay for that one too. There was no one visible to talk to and unfortunately I didn't have time to search for a contact number. This car wash never comes even close to being able to effectively wash the vehicle, the drying time is too short to be effective in any sense. Often times the automated payment machines fail and with generally no staff ever on site here, trying to rectify this is a challenge. I've had to forfeit a few washes because it wouldn't start after taking my money. And the kicker is as follows... This is the only car wash in the state of WA that has caused a water leak inside my vehicle. On the surface this would seem to be an issue with the vehicle itself however following some research the majority of auto makers specify in the owners manual that high pressure auto washes may cause seals to fail. I therefore would be cautious about this if choosing to use this car wash. read more

I tried to wash my car on a Sunday. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I drove into the stall and the machine started washing. Suddenly it stopped and never restarted. I had to drive away with soap all over my car. It did not give me a paper receipt for the $18 wash even though I requested one. There is no attendant on duty and they only have online support Monday through Friday. So if you happen to be in one of these when it quits, you are out of luck. I paid for the most expensive package at $16 bucks. The wash basically didn't get any portion of my car clean from half way down meaning either on the panels or the wheels which you can see in my pictures are still pretty dirty. The air dryer also doesn't get the water off as well as the one in brown bear which is disappointing because that portion of the clean can be equivalent since it's naturally touch less. Basically a waste of money unless your car is just dusty. read more

Additionally you cannot get a response from them. I'm owed $$$, at least 4 car washes were remaining on my card, because their car wash card reader no longer recognizes my card. I am beyond angry. Tried the car wash for the first time today. I have a 4 door 2016 Ford F-150 with the 6.5ft bed and the extendable towing mirrors. I was worried the mirrors might get hit but I fit inside perfectly. I would say the car wash is about 90-95 percent efficient. That's good enough for me. It doesn't dry the car as well as I'd like it to but I haven't been able to find a car wash that dries the car 100% anyways.... so not too critical. BONUS: It actually cleans in the dead spot where the mirrors are. The brush car washes are never able to clean that area very well, especially on a truck with large mirrors! I took both cars to be washed. The small sedan came out clean but not as shiny as I expected having purchased the $16 wash and wax. The SUV back window was not at all clean. I can still see where the wiper blades clear the window and the other area which stayed Dirty. The top of car under the rails was not clean. For all the jetting and soaping at $16, it was not as clean as the Brown Bear wash for $12. And not as shiny. read more

I got the $16 car wash which includes everything and it wasn't able to fully dry my car and wasn't able to fully clean my car either. This car was has modern facilities and nice additions like vaccum and mat cleaner. All those extras are nice but what I primarily need is my car clean. The only positive about this place is that it's touchless. It won't clean really dirty cars but will do fine with mildly to moderately dirty cars. Now the negatives: -payment click path is deliberately complicated to get you to pay more for a single car wash -payment kiosk is WAY too high! No one has arms that long some people will have to get out or open their doors to touch/reach the screen. Ever heard of user testing Aloha? Thousands of companies do this and if you did your research you would know to place the screen 1 mile lower from its current position. -looooooooooong wait time. It takes forever to get your car washed. -won't dry your car as well as brown bear Overall I might go here if I'm too far from a brown beat but this is not my first or second choice. When Aloha Car Wash Company first opened, it was amazing. The owner was there every weekend greeting guests and handing our air fresheners. The facilities were amazing and the wash was immaculate, never missing an inch and leaving my vehicle spotless with a great shine. Well, unfortunately those days are long gone. Rarely there is an employee on site if there is an issue and more often than not, there is an issue. The first two bays (from left to right) do not clean the front wheel area of my cars. Literally zero water or soap touches the front driver/passenger area on my car. So I end up scrubbing my wheels, tires and fender area myself. More times than not, not all the car wash bays are open and they have cones in front of them. This leads to traffic blocking Bothell Everett Highway and even worse, if you are trying to leave the car wash, the exit is blocked by the vehicles trying to get in. For a brushless car wash, Aloha charges a premium fee but gives a mediocre product at best. Hopefully the owner will read this review and get back to basics and change Aloha for the better. Until then, there are much better and cheaper options for a local car wash. read more

Did well at getting all the pollen off, but also my car wasn't that dirty to begin with. For $10 to have a foam bath and pressure wash, I felt this was a good value. A fifth star would have been for if the dryer was more powerful. There was still a lot of residual water after, but because I was gonna hop in the highway it wasn't a big deal. This afternoon I stopped into Aloha Car Wash. I waited my turn, paid and proceeded to enter the car wash station. Unfortunately, the sensor would not make the wash begin after multiple forward and reverse attempts - I waved at the gentleman behind me to go ahead and try (even though I had paid for it). He proceeded and the wash began for him. So I drove around to get back in-line. While I waited, I called Aloha to inform them of the situation- left a message. New Machines New Problems. Every time new machines come in it gets worse. Years ago Aloha car wash was amazing. Super convenient and accepted Apple Pay. Then they added new machines without contactless payment and had several issues reading credits cards. It almost felt intentional to promote their new app. Now they have gone through another new upgrade with a new machine that requires a monster truck to use. The screen has to be at least 6 feet off the ground. It is impossible to reach from instead of my car and I'm pretty tall. I can't understand the need to keep changing a system that previously worked fine. read more

An excellent place to get your car washed at a great price. With the new touchless system it's actually cheaper to do than paying quarters and trying to rush. I was a little worried it wouldn't do that great of a job, but after the snow I just had to have my truck washed really bad. So I took the chance and I'll tell you what I will be coming back for sure. There are multiple options for cleaning and that great because I just needed a basic wash and that was $8. Lastly it should be known I drive an F350 with a leveling kit and long bed and still fit in the booth. read more

This car wash is convenient and it cleans the car well for an automatic car wash. My car was so dirty from our camping trip. I ran the car through the wash and it looked brand new again. I then used the automatic machine to clean the mats and was really impressed. My car was quickly returned to its beautiful self. I will definitely return again. read more

Aloha has a great concept and I love it!! I did have a bit of a frustrating experience with their App recently. I had a prepaid car wash that I was unable to scan and ended up paying in my credit card. I checked my credit card statement and was charged two times on the same day. Aloha responded to my App complaint and made everything better by crediting my account and giving me a free wash on top of that. They also said they were fine tuning their App! This is the best car wash! It's touchless, the soap smells great, and the car always comes out clean. It doesn't leave ghostly traces of dirt even when the car is filthy. The vacuums have plenty of suction, the car mat washer works well, the garbage cans must be emptied often because they have plenty of room for trash. But won't dry enough and found stains even after the clean. There are a few stations, but all of them were busy and had to wait for a few mins.
