Don't get fooled by the unassuming location, this is some of the freshest, best portioned, poke I've had in Denver!! I had the salmon sashimi poke salad and it was a huge nourishing portion. The three sauces I sampled were also very delicious and paired well with the salad. I also have to mention how crisp and fresh the greens were. Not a single soggy piece! First up, there is free parking in the garage behind. There are some characters hanging around the building so I did feel like I had to hurry to and from. I asked for two since I LOVE wasabi The fish is very fresh and they are thick cuts. The lomi is cubed and the salmon was cut in slices like sashimi. The bowl also had a scoop of crab mix, a small scoop of seaweed salad, and pickled cucumbers. I did find some large clumps of rice that was a bit hard. Overall, the fish is very fresh and tasty and it is a solid bowl but I felt the bowl was expensive for what it was. Excellent veggie sides. This is island level poke. Was not expecting to find this in Colorado. It's a bit pricy $28 after tax for the two item combo (~6oz of fish) but this will 100% become a place I go every couple weeks. Turned out they were waiting on their fresh tuna order, which had been delayed. They had a California bowl with imitation crab, so I gave it a shot. Really nice guy working the counter. Was overly apologetic for not having tuna, but it wasn't his fault. The bowl was perfectly sized with three scoops of crab salad, seaweed and yummy sauce.
