I'm extremely disappointed and I don't like to give negative reviews, but customer service is lacking the check in that could have alleviated my frustration (since I was told the wait would be 15 minutes tops). I wouldn't recommend L&L in Annandale unless they made changes. Service is too slow, there's a lack of communication, and the meals are way too expensive. Again- I hate writing negative reviews, but time is valuable, and a fast casual place should be better equip with adequate staff with honest timelines. I was seated in the very last row at the top and still had a clear view, which says a lot about the layout. Since there is no recording allowed, it really lets you stay present and enjoy the performance for what it is. I went solo and honestly it was the perfect solo outing. Super grateful for the experience and would definitely do it again.
