This is my first time coming to the office, and I can immediately tell I'm going to be a patient here as long as I reside in Placentia or near it. I had such a great experience here. I was immediately welcomed in by the sweetest girls working the front. I was seen by Dr. Randy, who give me so much insight on what I can do resolve my eye discomforts and with my vision. He gave such a thorough explanation of what he saw within my test results, which I really appreciate as someone with minor knowledge on anatomy of the eyes. I had an amazing experience with Aloha Family Optometry! I had emailed them for an appointment, and was able to scheduled with no problem. I had to end up rescheduling due to a work thing, but they were so kind and helpful. I was able to fill out the forms and got clear instructions on what to bring. Their office is nice and soothing with pleasant Hawaiian music playing. The front staff were very efficient in checking me in and were very nice. Dr. Randall and Dr. Jennie were wonderful. Although I was seeing Dr. Randall today, Dr. Jennie greeted me with a warm smile and some small talk. Dr. Randall was great. He helped me through my eye exam and was able to answer any questions I had. He was clear in explaining what was covered by my insurance and the benefits of additional exams if I chose to move forward with the exams. I didn't feel pressured at all. Super helpful! I can't finish my review without mentioning Vanessa! Her customer service skills were fantastic. She showed me the blue light lens that the office offers as well as gave me some feedback on which frames matched my face. I left the office feeling so happy that I was referred here!
