I went to the pharmacy and asked a Clerk (not the pharmacy staff) there and she said she would help me. I waited a long time for a small store. I saw the Clerk in the make-up area helping nobody. I decided to line up to pay for other things then I see the Clerk by the watch area. She did not even ask if I still needed anything. The store service has been going down for quite some time now. Go to the Kamehameha hwy Longs location by Ben Franklin for more reliable help.

Two of the cashiers gladly helped me with my "rewards" card (different visits). Another time I stopped someone in the aisle for help. She patiently helped me select a suitable, medical adhesive. I noticed she was the manager. Checking me out was such an ENTHUSIASTIC cashier! Her name is MARI! She asked me for the reusable bag I was holding and gladly put my items in it for me. Such a delightful surprise! Mari's bubbly persona made my day. This kind of customer service ignites your feeling to go back again. It was three years since I had gone to this Long's Drugs due to the dissatisfaction in their pharmacy.

They have photo department deals that the two Longs in my neighborhood dont offer. The layout also seems different but you can easily find your way around the store. There usually weekly sales ads you might find useful. With online shopping at Amazon it cuts down the weekly shopping visits like before. That's probably why the closest Longs to my home recently closed. You can schedule your vaccine shots here as well as pick up your pharmacy orders if it's convenient for you.

On top of it all, they didn't inform me of the change. Another prescription, they put it on hold without informing me. This is pain medication. With the regulations as they are, things need to be addressed quickly instead of delayed.

They often have reduced price bottles, and a point-redeeming program to earn certain free products. You may even get a chance to get a taste test of certain items. Where else can you do that? First off, my husband had to sweep out the sand and debris from the back of our truck or they wouldn't let us in. On a plus they provided the broom smh. The worker does use a scrubber brush to what seemed like just spread water on the truck. We got the $20 car wash and it doesn't include anyone wiping down the water after the wash. My son had fun watching the colorful bubbles tho lol. But if I go to a car wash again it likely won't be this one. I may as well just wash my car at home for free lol
