So I finally checked this place out and am calling it my new hit spot for getting my nails done. They are quite but are very concentrated on getting the job done right. I had a terrible nail experience with a couple salons a few weeks ago so was hesitant on getting my nails done again. But that's only because no one writes reviews on their experiences which can actually help everyone here. But they were able to fix my nails again and gave me exactly what I wanted. It was at a very fair and affordable price. I love my nails and will definitely be returning. Especially since I keep getting compliments on them. It was my third time going to get my nails done. The previous times my nails were done wonderfully. This time I had a man who was squeezing my fingers unusually tight as he was taken off my polish. Next, he started to trim my cuticles roughly and cut into my skin. I screamed and told him I didn't want him to continue cutting. He didn't say sorry or show any remorse. When my nails was finished the women said, you can say you don't want your cuticles cut next time. Umm? I'm still in pain. read more

I love this place after one visit! They took me in right away & i told them what I wanted and they got right to work. I made some changes during the process and she was understanding and patient. The staff were welcoming & the music was very nice to listen to! When she was done with my nails I was so happy with the outcome, I would 100% come here again. This was my first time going to this nail salon since I'm not from the area. 10/10 would recommend! Mia did my nails and I absolutely love them, exactly what I asked for. She paid a lot of attention to detail and seemed very experienced. I did have to wait in the beginning for about 10 minutes even though I made an appointment but it was definitely worth it. I would recommend calling in and making an appointment, they only had three people at the salon when I went in so you might have to wait if you don't. I'm not usually one to write a bad review but I had too, I came in for a gel manicure and after the nail tech was finished it looked like a 5 year old could have painted them. I asked them if they could fix them and the one guy gave me such bad attitude with his body language and had me soak my hands in a bowl of acetone... not even wrapping them to remove properly. Then he took the drill to remove the rest of the polish while filing into my nail bed, then he applied the gel polish on again. When I went to remove my gels, my nails were so weak and sensitive and the bed of my nails were hurt to touch. I've always had really strong nails and I have never had a problem with gel before. Now they bend, they are weak and they split when trying to grow them out. Damage was definitely done. I hope this review finds others well when deciding on a nail salon to go to. 0/10 would recommend. read more

There is new management and nail stylist at Aloha and i have to say the new owner does nails - powder gel as well if not better than Mia! My nails from Dec 10 lasted 6 weeks with No Chips, and i am a Veterinarian, washing my hands 20 x daily etc. i just had new powder gel and again am very happy! Check them out! read more

The workers were very nice, they just obviously were not well trained in salon care. I had a guy doing my mani pedi and he cut my toe nails and finger nails so short up to the skin it's painful. When he was massaging my legs he was using all his strength on a part of my leg that wasn't muscle so it was hurting so bad. I got the gel manicure two days ago and it's already peeling up. Very nice people but I definitely would advise to find another salon. Not worth the $100 gel mani pedi. read more

Gave this place a 1 star because I wasn't even finished with my nails when the worker started doing another customers toes. Literally leaving me to guess if my nails were finished or not. Then my toes weren't dry and it smudged and he continued to do the other persons nails and didn't finish mines. So I waited 20 minutes for someone to help with no avail. Then when I got up to leave the worker sprang up to help me. I told them I no longer want there service and the owner demanded I paid for my toes.. read more

Nope don't do it. Was there once in June and the guy who did my Mani and Pedi was rude. Was there again this past Saturday for Mani and Pedi. Girl cut my toe thought it was better they not polish nails and decided not to do a mani. Charged me full price for my ped. and gave me a $5.00 coupon for a future visit. My cut bled a lot. I was afraid of an infection.. Definitely not happy with this place. read more

If I could give a lower rating, I would. Fantasy Nail spa is without a doubt THE worst nail salon I've ever been to. I'm not the type of person to get acrylics but I decided "Hey, I'm going out this weekend let me try and change it up" wrong choice. The man who did my nails was very rude and had the worst attitude. I still have yet to know his name. I got my nails done last Sunday and come Thursday, they're popping clean off as if they're press ons. Four nails came off. I had to go out and buy press on nails as a temporary replacement for a special occasion I had just so I did not look a mess and because I did not have time to go and speak to these people who I already knew were going to give me a hard time to just redo the set THEY screwed up on. Today I went in with an open mind and no intent to be malicious. I asked for the manager who as I suspected did not want to redo them and she was very sarcastic and desensitized to the fact that I was upset my 55$ toe and nail job left me an unhappy customer. She tried to blame me for the horrible job and implied I had peeled my nails off on purpose, which was not only insulting but ridiculous. Said manager Grace was very reluctant but finally agreed to fix my nails that had fallen off (of course she would not just redo the whole obviously defect set) she became very passive aggressive while fixing my nails and did an even sloppier job than her slacker of a worker. I came home and my pinkie nail came off when I was opening a drawer. Must I say more? Save your money and go somewhere worth it. read more

This salon is TERRIBLE in customer service, they are very rude and they do not put the customer first. The owner, is very rude and obnoxious, he left my friend sitting in the pedicure bowl for over an hour waiting to receive a pedicure and he tells his wife not to take me for my nails, because i requested her personally for my nails and someone else for my feet. He was very rude and they told me they are not doing my nails, and I was not rude to them in any way. I did not deserve this treatment, therefore I will never pay for service like this, and I do not suggest anyone visits here if they want to be valued as a customer. read more
