Terrible experience…read more I don't recommend this place. About a month ago I came here to get a pedicure. The price is higher than other places, but I was okay with that because I initially liked the service. However, when I went to pay, the woman who did my nails seemed upset about the tip. I said thank you and bye she didn't reply. I decided to give the salon another chance because it's close by. Unfortunately, this time the pedicure was poorly done. The corners of my toenails were not properly cleaned or cut, and there is still nail polish on my skin, and my nails hurts. Now I need to spend money again going to another place to fix it. I don't know the name of the technician who worked on me, but If I could give I advice don't go to this place. Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend this place

Initially I received an apology from Evelyn, but that was short-lived as she yelled at me today and over charged me. She told me to view the price board in which I did and repeated the price which was listed for less than what I was being charged. She told me "oh well", and that I was being difficult. This was so unprofessional and un honest. Not sure how long they will remain open and operating with poor ethical practices. I would stay away from this place. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

I've been getting soak-off gel manicures for many years and never have I had someone remove all of the soak-off gel with an electric nail file (no soak). Not only that but they prime the cuticle for cutting with the electric file as well with no oil or pre-soak. Every time I've gotten my nails done here my nails split down the side, which I've never had happen before, and have major "ring of fire" lines post-removal due to the excessive filing of the nail bed. I've gone here several times since I've moved to the area hoping that it was just an "off visit" - but each time I'm met with the same service and after effect. Again, the employees are lovely but unfortunately, my nails can't withstand the damage inflicted.

I was seated next to a lady getting a full pedicure gel polish and all. When I sat down, the tech had just started painting her feet. When I was done she was still under the UV light. Kiki ran through my service like it was a race. She won and lost at the same time. Nah im good...she may be the best at her job but her service was not for me. $38 Pedicure, $20 tip not because she was good, but because I'm a decent person. I actually put off going because I just don't like the fact I'm sitting there for a while. (Now a pedicure, I could sit for hours). So by the time I go my nails have grown out a lot but never a break or a chip. She also is amazing at hand drawing designs. I get tons of compliments from strangers about my nails all the time, even when they've grown out so much they look ridiculous to me. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I'm not someone who goes the traditional every 2 weeks. I go about every 2-3 months and my nails Do hold up! They don't charge an arm and a leg to do designs either. Added bonus is you can get a massage while getting your nails done as well. And someone like me with back and neck injuries it's definitely an added bonus!
