Well that turned out horribly. First off they sat my sister down with someone who does gel when she asked for acrylic. First red flag. Then they started cutting her nails shorter when she told them to stop cutting them she didn't want them short they just kept going. Then the acrylic person came over and got it all over her skin which if you know anything about acrylic is bad because if you repeatedly get it on your skin you can develop and allergic reaction to it and you can't get acrylic done ever again. It was so janky that they painted it pink. You don't do that with acrylic my sister was like ok just stop this isn't what I want I'm leaving. Not only did they charge her 39 dollars for a horrible job they tried to charge her more for color even though the color they used was to fix their mistakes. She wanted a French tip and instead she came out crying because of how badly they treated her. They were rude and my father had to call just so they would take off the color charge. Instead of a fun experience and be excited for prom my little sister is so sad. I went back in to ask for my money back and I was nice but stern. They said no we don't do refunds and he tried to straight up lie to me about what happened and he was rude to me too. To the people who were getting their nails done in there who didn't stand up for her shame on you for watching and judging. How would you feel if that happened to you. To the people who work there where do you get off on being horrible to other people and not even being kind. You not only lost her business but my mother who comes in every two weeks. Don't ever come here unless you want to be treated like crap.

I had just done 16 hours at work, I had a wedding to go to, and then I was leaving for vacation 2 days later. Linda, the manicurist who attended to me, went out of her way to do a good job, gently cleaning my cuticles, applying the polish with impeccable technique, and working carefully. I fell asleep while she massaged my feet and hands. Everything seemed perfect; I left a good tip and left happy. But it was only 24 hours before the bad stuff appeared and ruined my experience. Linda's excellent work was completely ruined by the low-quality polish they offer there. That evening, while traveling to Albany for dinner with my husband, I noticed one of my nails was getting damaged, but I didn't pay much attention to it. The next day, we attended a breakfast hosted by my husband's company, which was attended by his bosses, colleagues, and their spouses. During breakfast, I noticed that the polish on all my nails was starting to chip. I had to hide my fingers while I ate to hide my embarrassment. My recommendation: the business should invest in better quality nail polish. I, for one, would return just for Linda's excellent service, but I would bring my own polish.
