Diep was the main e-mail contact and she was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. They arrived on-time, set up was quick, and their props were fun and sturdy - and lasted through the night! Their photo quality was great and the color was on-point, no one turned out greenish or orange-ish. We had them for both the FLIP BOOK and PHOTO BOOTH and our guests LOOOOVED it and had a blast taking multiple photos and making books! The prints were fast and you did not have to wait too long for them. The attendants kept everything running smoothly and efficiently. They upload all of your photos super quick and it was ready the next day for viewing on their website. They also give you a personal link to download all of the photos for your own personal album. They allow you to bring your own backdrop, if you choose, which worked out best for us. You also get to work with Shannon, their design person, and she was easy to work with and did a great job customizing our photo layout and flip book cover. Another bonus, my now-husband and I were so busy running around that we would have forgotten to make a flip book and take photos if they hadn't reminded us to. THANKS! I also attended the Halloween Costume Party mentioned by my friend Joe P. at the Vintage Rose and our party was more than excited with the photo booth. They came early to set up before we got there and they stayed the whole night as some of us snuck out of dinner for more pictures. So just like any other photo booth company, they design a costume print out per party and they have some prompts laying around for attendees to get creative. After the party the pictures are uploaded onto their website. At our particular event, we had 4 pictures: 1 large and 3 small. All of that is standard, but the reason why I love love love them is that they let us decide how many prints we would like. Other photo booths limit you to one or maybe two if you're lucky... but Snaptastic will print as many as you need!! That is amazing!!!!!!!!!!! I mean we all looked so gorgeous, who WOULDN'T want their own copy!! Snaptastic definitely went above and beyond for us and they were so friendly the whole entire night.
