Usually this is a busy time of the year, but she was patient and her team was incredibly amazing...always reassuring me everything will go well AND it did! From wedding planning to wedding rehearsals to the day of the wedding, she was with me every step of the way. We wanted a simple Day wedding, and our ceremony was held at my Alma Mater (Sacred Hearts Academy) and the venue was at Natsunoya Tea House. I didn't need a lot of decor since it was Christmas time and the decor everywhere you go is beautiful. I had simple burgundy table runners and roses as our decorative flowers. Since it was a Day wedding, the view on top of the hill was breathtaking. Geri made sure the husband and I were stress-free and to truly enjoy our special day. If you need a planner/coordinator for your big event, I recommend Geri and her Angelic Creations team. Thank you Angelic Creations!

It is important took book a year or more in advance because the fill up quickly with other parties and weddings. They also do children's birthdays and graduations. My wedding turned out perfectly. Everything was timed wonderfully. Geri went over the timeline in advanced with my wedding party. So everyone knew what they were doing. There was no disorder and chaos. I could relax and enjoy my big day. Geri also worked well with my photographer, Bianca, videographer, Journey Cinema, and makeup and stylist, Moana Cheryll. Everyone stuck to the schedule so the wedding went perfectly. The wedding was so good that when it came to my daughter's first birthday in June, I didn't hesitate in hiring Geri and her team as soon as my daughter was 5 months old. I knew graduation season would be most craziest and my child's birthday would be in the midst of it all. So I booked early. The birthday party turned out as perfect as my wedding Geri and her worked well with my photographer, Jen from Hanabata Days. Geri is also reasonably priced and does more than what I could ever imagine.

Dave and his partner were very welcoming, making jokes to warm up the kids and giving suggestions on balloon colors and tattoo stencils. I highly recommend Party Time Hawaii for any and all of your future events!…read more I first reached out to Dave about a week before my sons 1st birthday party. I was worried they wouldn't have availability since it was so last minute, but we were able to book with him! His replies were always very fast (within 20 minutes) and he made the booking process so quick and easy. Their prices are very reasonable as well! On the day of the party, they arrived early to set up. We booked them for balloon twisting and airbrush tattoos and all our guests, both children and adults, loved them! Their work was very beautiful and all the kids kept lining back up for more. It was adorable seeing all the tattoos and balloons everywhere! They were so great with the kids and all our guests had so much fun. Dave made my son a Winnie the Pooh balloon and he absolutely loved it. The sweet woman working with Dave (unfortunately I forget her name, my brain was all over the place at the time) made my son a little turtle balloon bracelet and he was obsessed with it! She also asked for my favorite color, and then made me a rose balloon in that color! She actually walked all the way across the room to hand them to us both times. They were both very sweet people! All in all, I'm so happy with this whole experience from beginning to end! Thank you Party Time Hawaii, I highly recommend!

Great place for a party…read more This is a spacious and beautiful location on the AF side of the base. The facility has a full fridge and working deep sink. There are a couple or outlets if you want to bring a radio or rice cooker ;) And you can't have rice without having some kind of meat. There's two stationary grills on property. The trash is taken out by management when you turn the keys back in and pick up your deposit. I believe the deposit is $250. There are bathrooms in the back. No porta potties thank God. No real flying creatures to stanch your food and plenty of fresh air. You will get the occasional roar of a plane engine since the runway is close by and sometimes you see a naval ship just off the coast heading out or doing maneuvers. Overall five stars. The scenery is beautiful and he can't beat the price. M

Foster Point Peninsula on Hickam AFB is the absolute worst place for a picnic lunch! Please don't…read morego there. It is so ugly! It is surrounded on three sides by pristine azure waters... YUCK! You can see the skyline of Honolulu and the silhouette of Diamond Head... so horrific! Nearby sail boats gently rock to small waves on the aforementioned pristine azure waters... you do not want to see this! There is no comfortable place to sit and eat. There are only maybe a dozen clean tables from which to choose: some in the shade, some in the sun, and some are under a pavilion to use in the unlikely event it rains during your picnic... Don't take the chance! Today during lunch (well, for the first few minutes) I had to share the peninsula with one other picnicker. Sure he was like 40 yards away, but you shouldn't have to put up with this! And the wind! Today it was so blustery that it threatened to blow my napkin off the table... not once, but TWICE! Oh and it is so noisy... did I mention the sail boats and the waves? Well, they're not silent, ya know! They make this monotonous "lap-lap-lap" sound that might drive you crazy! And you'd be dining only a couple miles from the airport. So as you watch the lumbering jets lift off gracefully into the sky, you can actually hear them. .. It's horrendous! It so far out of the way! It takes minutes and minutes (maybe as many as five) to drive out there from the base proper.... Don't waste your valuable time! So in short, take my advice: Do not put up with ugliness, then uncomfortable conditions, the noisiness, and the long long ride out to Foster Point Peninsula for a picnic lunch! It's just not worth it. But if you do, you'll likely see me there enjoying my picnic lunch; and if you do, feel free to wave. But try to keep your 40 yards separation! ;-)

I'm not one to really write reviews, but I HAVE to give a huge shoutout to Balloon Twisters Hawaii…read more I've seen Balloon Twisters Hawaii a while ago at someone else's party. I loved the magic show and the vibes so they were the first group I thought of and wanted to book for my son's 1st birthday (my husband also loves magic shows so he was stoked we got to book with them). They were literally my one stop shop for MULTIPLE things! We did the party package pro + projector and screen rental. Everything from the inquiry, to the emails, to the payments, AND reminders (because I lose track of time a lot) all were such a smooth process. I'm naturally always anxious and stressed, and want to make sure everything runs smoothly. Sooo much of my anxiety was eased because of Balloon Twisters Hawaii. They were organized, timely, cleaned up after themselves, effectively communicated with my husband and I, AND were such a breath of fresh air with their humor. Our friends and family were all engaged with the entertainment and were loving the variety of options for the balloon twisting. Super happy this all worked out. Will definitely book again in the future!!!!

They'll do their best to give you their best and they know how to deliver. If you look at the photos of the things my friends and I got from them, you'll see how great they are! Listen, we're grown adults celebrating our friend's daughter and if your friend tells you to get balloon hats, you get balloon hats. If the daughter tells aunty to get their face painted, we get our face painted. We wanted her to get her monies worth! Also, we sat right next to the table so it wasn't hard to make a request when there was no line. I don't even have kids but we had a fun time with them. I don't know the next time I'll ever need to book them but I do know they will be so worth it.

They've also put down more markers for customer parking which has been helpful in picking up food from here. The line can be long at times but they keep it moving quickly once you get inside. Hubs and I started dabbling beyond our usual kalbi and garlic chicken combo and crunchy garlic with tater tots. We tried a new addition to their menu: poké nachos. I've seen these elsewhere on island but their wontons are freshly fried, spiced with furikake, and don't feel too heavy. It's a nice vehicle to eat their poke and comes with Taegu as well as crab and seaweed salad. Did I have it twice in one week? Also yes. Their fish patties are moist and flavorful. Can't go wrong with their poke selection, good mouthfeel, fresh fish, and flavors are delicious. The energy here is fast paced and all the workers are kind/ answer questions. I'm not sure if I like so much merchandise from other businesses attracting us while waiting in line. The space is already small. The ambiance could be improved by downsizing on local merchandise. We are standing in line to purchase poke not other stuff. Consider refreshing that space. Service has always been good.
