Unfortunately, the night before the event the guest of honor that we were throwing the party had to go to the hospital so we could not carryon on with their party. Tony didn't give us a hard time about canceling the night before. I offered to pay some sort of penalty but he kindly declined. I was really looking forward to work with him, but this experience definitely made me want to contact him again for future service. Thank you Tony!

Was kinda stressed looking for someone who could set up a secured covering at a reasonable price. Luckily found Honolulu party rentals. Ryan promptly returned my call and worked within my budget. He promised to come by at 730am and arrived on time! Wut?? Yup! Set up took 30 min (to haul everything up to the pool deck and put everything together) and ryan came back for the breakdown at the agreed time. Ultra professional, respectful, and reasonable. By the end of my first site visit with Nate, he filled in almost all my dozens of question marks, and as we continued to plan, he was always prompt to communicate with me with any changes or questions coming from either end. His extensive knowledge in the event planning space made the whole process less stressful for me and my team. While customer service is always great, no one forgets the bottom line, and Hawaii Special Events offered very affordable pricing, and he allowed us to make changes throughout the planning process, even on the day of! He kept me in contact with all of his contractors, making sure everyone was on the same page. The littles were only able to use the inflatables for a short time. The rains were persistent and the crew returned the following day to pick up the inflatables. Rain water had gotten into the units which made it very difficult for the guys to pack them up. It ended up taking two crews. They all remained professional and cheerful, though drenched. I then used them again this June. This time just 1 18' slide for my family visiting, ages 5-9. It was the hottest day of the year and the littles played on the slide for hours without stopping. Next time I may go smaller because they picked up some good speed and would occasionally get sore when their arms would rub against the stitching or velcro. Staff is very friendly. Timing for setting up and picking up always works out. You can order online or by phone. Staff will call and email you to confirm the order, setup time, delivery results, and pickup time. All the bases are covered.
