I booked Aloha Pro Clean for move out cleaning for a total of $543.50 on May.24 and they did the cleaning on May.26 had a walk through with Maka and it was already like 540ish by the time they finished so the sun was already going down and everything seemed cleaned and because it was late everything looked good and I was reassured by Maka that they cleaned what they could reach and you should get your full security deposit back(it's my fault for fully trusting and should've really checked thoroughly). Now on June.2 the landlord 3 way texted me and Maka taking pictures(pics on bottom)of what they missed, but on my receipt it says they done it. Now the landlord reached out to them to do the recleaning for them to charge an extra $300 turning a $543.50 job into a $843.50. Even though I was confirmed in person word of mouth from Maka that it's typical wear and tear and you should be getting your full security deposit back even though I specifically asked her. If you want to be out almost $1000 dollars and not get your full security deposit then book them. If not STAY FAR AWAY. read more

CAN'T BELIEVE I GOT SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY!!! THIS SHOULD BE A NO STAR REVIEW!! I spoke with Maka regarding services for my family in Pearl City. She said I had to pay in advance, which I did, for 6 months of service. ( August 2024 to Jan 2025) They showed up, for the initial visit in August, and that was the first and last time my family saw them. She said she has some emergencies with her child and kept rescheduling. I finally got hold of Maka in October after months of no service, requesting to cancel. She said she would take care of it right away and was very apologetic. She said the refund was being processed. Needless to say, I have not received my refund to date, she is completely ghosting me, ignoring all calls and text messages. I called several times this week, and my call either rings nonstop or goes directly to voicemail. Now I am seeing other reviews that this is a regular thing with her! How is she still in business!?! This is an absolute scam, and I am so disappointed that a woman would do this to other women. Now I am out over $1000 because of this woman's unethical and scam of a company. Absolutely terrible service, as a professional cleaning company they couldn't reach certain areas, as I was able to do it with a swiffer. I was not informed that we missed 4 shelves with items in it, so they just bypassed cleaning. They don't change the water for mopping, they just use recycled dirty water. They stayed 2 hours to clean 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and no final walk thru to check on cleaning with client. Property manager requested they return to re-clean certain areas. Owner returned, cleaning was still sub par. I used a whole pack of dry swiffer after they left and took pictures as evidence. Wished I saved $640 and cleaned it myself. I had to find a cleaning company quick due to a last minute move. The staff was very quick to respond via yelp and quoted me quickly and for a fair price. I liked that they responded so quick since I was already stressed with my move. Kam & their staff from Aloha Clean was also very friendly. They arrived on time and did a great job at for their Move Out cleaning service. They also keep in touch via text which I thought was very useful. This company is a rip off. They quoted me 2x the going rates for move cleanings. I indicated I wanted a rented bedroom with a kitchenette (no stove) and a small bathroom (no tub) be move out cleaned. No carpets and only laminate flooring. They asked for $540. Seriously go anywhere else on island for half price. read more

Moving back into my family home and needed the house to be clean prior to moving everything in. Cherish the owner was super responsive and very accommodating. Schedule our cleaning service and the week later we had to push it back due to carpet installation taking longer then we expected it too. The service was awesome they were very on it as far as communication goes. As the house did take a little bit longer then originally projected.
