I booked this company through Yelp after receiving three quotes. They were the most expensive but had the best reviews, which set high expectations. Communication was good--he responded quickly and answered my questions--which is why I rated this service 4 stars. That said, the service itself fell a bit short. The cleaning process wasn't explained ahead of time, making it difficult to plan for drying. The appointment took place later in the evening during a rainy week, and my couch and rugs did not dry well. While everything is clean, my couch feels like it could use another pass. One rug still has a faint stain, and the other took a very long time to dry. Overall, it was a good service, but I didn't feel I fully got my money's worth given the price. Cory responded quickly to our request concerning our small residential job involving ink stains dripped on 14 carpeted stairs. He arrived on time and everything was carefully set up and then each stair was treated and cleaned. We were surprised that everything, from initial contact to cleaning, all completed within one week! The carpet has texture so maybe hard to see properly. The areas we cleaned ourselves had some surface dirt & also ink removed, but left the stain and cleaned areas brighter. Our carpet is drying now, as he just left. I know that if any stain spot shows up while it dries, Cory guarantees he will come right back to fix that, all included for the same very fair price. I called him to do a cleaning after I hired a different company for a move out and the carpets looked like nothing was done. Dark soil in high traffic areas were still soiled.
