Communication was good, through Yelp messages and also after I gave them my number, they texted me updates. The estimator came and we received the quote the next day through email. We were happy with it so our appointment was for the following week. The workers came and got the job done in about an hour. We received the invoice through email and I paid by sending in a check to avoid the credit card fee to the credit card company. It would've been a $22 fee. It might not sound like a lot, but I avoid unnecessary fees if I can. All in all, a very smooth and professional experience and I am happy with the repairs as there are more storms headed our way during this hurricane season. Thank you!
